Fantastic Location
We enjoyed every minute of our 8 night stay. Two Five Zero is in a great location to explore Richmond, go to the footy at the MCG and into the city, and just around the corner from some great pubs, cafes & restaurants too. Being pet friendly and having off street parking are a BIG plus. Louise was a pleasure to deal with and everything was as indicated. We would highly recommend staying here!

BRILLIANT LOCATION - AMAZING HOUSE
We stayed 5 nights for my sons wedding in Melbourne, there were 6 of us (3 generations), this house has an abundance of space & light, the 2 bedrooms & bathrooms downstairs were fantastic particularly for my husbands Mum who couldn't tackle the stairs & 2 bedrooms, bathroom upstairs, gave us all room to move & privacy. The outdoor entertaining area with lovely lemon tree (which we made use of) & the upstairs terrace with city views was superb. We were amazed how this house catered for everyone & the owners ensured that all ages were catered for with the selection of board & video games, books, childrens crockery, bikes, netflix, beautiful quality bed lined, they supplied just about everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We got prior permission from the owner for our sons toy poodle to visit us which was another plus. The location is amazing, trains down one end of the street (Burnley station) & trams on Bridge Road (2 minute walk), not to mention the brilliant shopping & endless selection of eateries along this road. We can't recommend this house enough for anyone after a funky ambiance in an incredibly convenient location. The owner Louise was fantastic to deal with & easy to contact if we had any questions. Thank you so much more a memorable stay, we would love the opportunity to stay here again. 5 stars..

Ideal, and lovely space for a group
There were 6 of us with plenty of room, wonderful gathering area and full of amenities. Nicely decorated with everything we needed to gather, cook, hang out. We took advantage of the well stocked kitchen and outside grill - loved the outside upstairs deck! It is deceiving from the outside, but the minute we walked in we were all so very pleased...would highly recommend this space.

Great city house
Travelled from England to stay with family in this house for a wedding in Richmond. Fantastic space for 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Well equipped kitchen, outside space, bikes, garage, roof terrace etc. Would reccomend this house as close to local cafes and shops and to the tram line to the city centre. Great decor and obviously thoughtful owner with basic foodstuffs and bathroom toiletries provided. Overall excellent. Shame about the Melbourne weather though!!

Fantastic house to stay in Melbourne
We travel to Melbourne regularly for the footy. We have stayed in many hotels and a couple of houses. We loved this place. We had 2 adults and 4 children over the Easter Weekend. Louise was very responsive and easy to deal with. The house is beautifully furnished and the linens are of a high standard. If you have a car there is off street parking. Also above the Garage is a great outdoor space with views to enjoy a glass of wine. 3 bedrooms were king beds and 1 bedroom is a set of bunks which suited us perfectly. I had not stayed in Richmond before and it was a very pleasant surprise. The tram is literally 100m or so up on Bridge Road. There are a couple of great cafes for breakfast just opposite the tram stop. It is a super quick ride into the city and to the MCG. I would highly recommend this house for groups or families. Its really funky and close to the city. We will definitely stay again.

Fabulous accommodation
We stayed at this fabulous property for a week with another family of four. The house is comfortable and welcoming and Louise responded to all queries quickly. The house has everything you could possibly need to cook up a storm but there are so many great restaurants and cafes nearby, you might not want to!
Public transport was a breeze with trams a short walk away. Parking was easy with both off and on street options.
Rooms are comfortable and spacious and there is great indoor/outdoor living. Kids and adults alike, we were very, very happy here. We look forward to staying again in the not too distant future and do not hesitate to recommend this fabulous home for your next Melbourne getaway.

Fantastic family accommodation
We stayed at 250 Burnley St for 5 nights recently. It was a wonderful stay as all amenities were avaliable and every need was met. We travelled with our children (2yr old and 6mth old). A porta cot, high chair, stroller and toddlers safety gates were provided, meaning we didnt need to use oversized luggage!
The house is clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils and comfortable bedding. The location is amazing as its just a short stroll to Bridge rd to catch trams and have brunch at a cafe. There was some road noise, but very minimal and no worry.
The view of the city is amazing and we cant wait to come and stay again!

Great choice for a Melbourne stay!
I stayed here with family and we all were impressed with this spacious, comfortable accomodation which also is tastefully 'designer' decorated. An extra plus is the upstairs outdoor deck with great views of the city - a good place for sunset drinks with friends. Location is perfect. Short walking distance to cafes, shopping and tram stop to the city. I highly recommend this place and will return when next in Melbourne!

Perfect house for family or group of friends
We stayed for a week, its a gorgeous house and perfect for a group. The owner is very accommodating in setting it up the way you need and the house was perfect for our stay. Close to lots of great cafes, bars and restaurants. Just a short walk to the Bridge Road tram stop. We really loved our stay here and would love to come again. House has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. The house is definitely what is advertised and I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful house, great location
The house is beautiful- it has a really modern and spacious atmosphere, a great living room space, bathrooms were nice, but most of all the deck outside is brilliant! Perfect for lazy afternoon drinks in the sun. Also there's a foosball table in the garage which we appreciated :) Location was fantastic as well, in a quiet neighbourhood and still only about 10 minutes to CBD by tram. A great place.
