Beautiful Villa with stunning views and great host
We arrived at Paros Port where Thomas had arranged for the car hire company to meet us with our hire car. The directions to the Villa were easy to follow and Thomas met us at a nearby supermarket ( 2 minutes drive from the Villa). The Villa is situated in a quiet secluded area with a stunning view over a bay and the headland opposite Naoussa Town. The town main car park is a 5 minute drive from the Villa and a 5 minute walk takes you to the town centre with its many restaurants and shops. The Villa has everything and more for self catering and the pool and garden area are perfect for relaxing. Car hire is recommended as the track to the main road ( 600 metres) is unlit. A great holiday in a beautiful location. I am sure we will return.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons séjourné en famille (4 adultes et 2 enfants) durant les 2 premières semaines de juillet. L'accueil du propriétaire est très chaleureux. La maison est situé à 5 minutes en voiture de Naoussa et à moins de 3 minutes d'un petit super marché. La vue de la maison sur la mer est magnifique et très reposante. Nous avons adoré prendre nos repas en extérieure sur la très belle table prévue à cet effet. La location est incroyablement fournie : tous types d'appareils est prévu bouilloire, gaufrier, crêpière , innombrables ustensiles, parasol, sièges de plage, jeux pour enfants, espace barbecue bref rien ne manque.
Les 2 chambres de la maison principale sont très spacieuses. L'annexe dispose également d'une belle chambre, cuisine et SDB. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser la seconde chambre de l'annexe.
La végétation et les fleurs sont très présentes et la piscine à débordement est superbe. Nous recommandons donc cette location pour des séjours en famille ou entre amis.

Comfortable, relaxing, peaceful villa with a brilliant view.
This lovely villa just outside Naoussa was a perfect venue for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. The view from the garden / pool area is fantastic and being west facing also allows you to watch the sunset. The villa is very comfortable and was equipped with everything that we needed. There are also games and other activities for the children making this a good family location. A car is recommended for getting around as you are so well placed for visiting the various beaches and other sights. There are two supermarkets within 600 metres and Naoussa itself is only a little further (walkable for the energetic, but a 2 minute car ride for the rest of us!!). Thomas, the owner, is a really friendly, helpful host and nothing is too much for him. We had a really enjoyable week here and would recommend this lovely villa to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday on this beautiful island.

Very nice welcome. Everything perfectly set up, as expected. Fully furnished house, fence in place for the swimming pool, beds set up as discussed before, helpful information before we came and once we arrived. Very generous place, ideal for two families!

Incroyable... Best Holidays!
Thomas is an excellent host , always available and very good advice . Our 7 days spend at the Villa Naoussa was memorable . The house is fully equipped, beautiful ( even better than the pictures ) and very functional . We were a group of 8 friends and the location was ideal for the perfect holiday : the pool, the view , the comfortable rooms , the terrace, the location ( very close from the center of Naoussa ) , all there! We will come back for sure! Thank you again Thomas

Amazing Sunsets with a Glass of Rose!
Villa Naoussa has a great location both from both a logistic and a scenic perspective. We were seven persons total, four adults, three kids (we shared the villa with another family). The accommodations worked perfectly for two families as the main house has a master bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. The second master is detached from the main house with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom upstairs. Each family had complete privacy. The kitchen is small but well equipped with all the coffee makers, blenders, microwaves, pots, pans and dishes that any chef would need. There is also an outdoor bbq , which we never got around to using but looked wholly adequate for a small feast. The two master bedrooms has air conditioning which was a requirement when I was looking to find a house. The two twin bedded rooms only had a fan.
The best part about the house was the perch overlooking the harbor at Naoussa and the surrounding country side. The sunset views from the home were spectacular!
The house is set up to be an outdoor living space with couches, dinning and kids play areas set in a private garden environment. We ate breakfasts and sipped rose every evening from our outdoor living area. The island of Paros is small and easy to get to all the beaches from our villa. We particularly liked Santa Margarita Beach with its busy scene and great beach side restaurant. It was clearly the best dinning option of any beach and probably as good as any restaurant we attended in Naoussa. This beach was roughly a 15-minute drive from our villa.
In the evening we had a 5-minute drive into Naoussa where the town offered more dining options than we needed, all packed into the tight alleyways of the town and along the water front. It is all very convenient, clean and charming. We ate everything from Pizza, to traditional Greek Tavernas, Sushi and French restaurants.
In short, I would hugely recommend Paros as a beach destination and would highly recommend Thomas’ house for convenience, the view, charm and cleanliness. Thomas was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. We were 100 percent pleased with our week at Villa Naoussa and would return! Thanks Thomas.

Simply The Best
We travelled to Naoussa Villa in June 2016; what a fantastic experience!
The villa is well located close enough to the centre of Naoussa to be convenient but still in a very private area with few close neighbours, certainly you are not overlooked.
The villa is much better than the pictures indicate as the garden is now full of colourful plants and herbs. The views are absolutely stunning, meaning we stayed in more often than on previous holidays to appreciate the sunsets and ever changing vista.
You can walk into Naoussa if you want to (Torches are provided for late night return), we chose to take the car as walking in may be fun; coming back up the hill perhaps not so.
As other travellers have noted, the owner Thomas, has provided every kitchen gadget imaginable. 4 types of coffee maker, pop-corn machine, toasted sandwich maker, juicer etc etc – the list almost endless! Even a manual is provided for each appliance!
The two TV’s in the main house are linked to both Euro Satellite and Greek TV – so lots of choice – but we hardly used them as the pool was so welcoming! Being just 1.5 meters deep it’s a leisurely pool, even has a kids area! Being infinity it great to lie back and gaze at the merging sea, sky and pool.
Thomas is on-hand with lots of info and maintains the house in impeccable order but is never intrusive. There is an abundance of towels and bedding which you can change at your leisure or leave for the weekly clean. A store cupboard brimming with life’s necessities; toilet rolls, bin bags, bug sprays, etc. is provided so there is nothing that has not been thought of. This house has superb WiFi
The bathroom is huge with a choice of rainwater or hand held shower over a sumptuous corner bath. Here you will also find the washing machine. The water is always hot and plentiful.
The bed was so comfortable - we slept better than on most holidays from day one.
There are many seating areas in the garden, plus an abundance of children’s toys and items for the beach – these are stored close to the house in one of the seating areas, perhaps our only observation was they looked a little untidy here. ( Hey not a big deal!)
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms (not used by us) were in a two story older building – very adequate but not quite as stunning as the main house.
We have rented houses and Villas in both Paros and Naxos for many years and this is by far the best ever. Dealing with Thomas the owner was simplicity from start to finish and payments acknowledged almost immediately – we will be back in 2017.

magnifique location sur les hauteurs de NAOUSSA
Un petit paradis sur Terre avec une vue imprenable!!
La maison est très bien équipée ? La cuisine est sur-équipéen maison très propre ...globalement c'est un excellent souvenir que nous gardons de cette semaine .
Belle piscine un peu froide mais bon nous étions en AVRIL
Dans une impasse très calme
le propriétaire Thomas est très prévenant.

Un petit coin de paradis
Accueil et logement parfaits en tous points de vue:
- Thomas le proprietaire est tres sympathique et aidant: toujours a l ecoute, toujours pret a repondre aux questions avant et pendant le sejour, est venu nous chercher au port et nous y a ramenes le jour du depart, plein de petites attentions. Extra.
- La maison principale et le studio d'a cote sont superbes et extremement bien equipes - encore plus que ma propre maison - avec tout le necessaire lorsqu'on arrive (cafe, lessive, huile d olive, et meme une bouteille de rose au frigo) mais aussi toutes les machines et tous les appareils possibles et imaginables (anti-moustques, appareil a pop corns! Barbecue)
- le jardin est extra avec toit ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour manger, se relaxer, se cacher du soleil ou du vent si necessaire, mais aussi jouer.
- la piscine est geniale avec une pataugeoire pour les plus petits et de quoi nager librement.
- la vue sur la baie est juste a couer le souffle.
- les commerces sont a ux pas, la ville pas trop loin non plus.
Bref, tout etait absolument parfait.
Seule la chambre en plus a l etage etait un peu plus spartiate, mais elle nous a bien depannes car nous etions tres nombreux.
Un grand merci a Thomas pour ce sejour tout simplement parfait.

A wonderful place to spend a vacation.
We loved the villa. It has incredible views overlooking the infinity pool and the town below. The perfect place to view the sunset. The outside space had a dining room table and comfortable seating areas to enjoy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels and bedding. There is laundry available as well. Naoussa is a lovely little fishing village. There are supermarkets and stores fairly close and nice shops and restaurants in town. A car is beneficial to tour the island and beaches. We were 8 friends who rented the villa for a week. Thomas the owner has thought of everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. He was very helpful giving suggestions for places to shop and visit. The kitchen has all types of small appliances and is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Extra towels for the pool or beach. We had a wonderful time at the villa.
