Vila da Praia is located near the beach (500 m) and also very close to Alvor village (easy access on foot). It is a private and secure condominium, with two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children and a pleasant garden. Outside the condominium there are restaurants, bars, supermarket, grocery, laundry, chemist, Sunday market and several other shops.
The apartment is in the 2nd floor, the building has an elevator with access to the underground parking.
Accommodation comprises one bedroom with a queen bed, living room with dining and sitting areas (one bed sofa), full bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher) and a balcony.

Fantastic apartments
We arrived at Villa De Praia with our two friends on the 22nd September and stayed for three weeks. Maria greeted us when we arrived and took us to our apartments. We had the sea view apartment and our friends had a pool view. They were spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were just minutes away from the centre of Alvor.
Maria was just at the end of the telephone if we needed her, she was a fantastic host. We will definitely be back again next year.

Beautiful Alvor
The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and well equipped. Maria the owner was there to meet us with the keys. Vila da Praia is a very clean and well kept complex with a great swimming pool. It is in a great position for the beach and town with its abundance of restaurants. I would definitely book Seaview at Vila da Praia again and would recommend to my friends.

Fab Apartment
This apartment is great very modern and well looked after, the complex was lovely and the views from the balcony over the pool and sea were great.
The location is within easy walking distance to beach and town centre. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, will definitely return.

Home from home
Myself, my 2 daughters and grandaughter spent 4 nights in seaview apt in Praia da Alvor, the apartment had everything we needed and was well equipped, the apartment was very nicely furnished a real home from home, the owners Maria and Miquel gave excellent communication and they even considered my 16 month old grandaughter with her own towel and travel cot, a nice touch, the location was excellent!! Good access to the bars and restaurants and 2 supermarkets, and quite close to the beach, I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment,

To visit: From Alvor it is very easy to visit the towns of Portimão and Praia da Rocha, as these two destinations are connected by the inexpensive local bus network. Portimão is a large residential city that has excellent shopping, a historic center and a pleasant harbour. Praia da Rocha is a busy and hectic resort town located on a beautiful coastline. It is the place to head to for a big party night out, as the town is crammed full with themed bars and late night venue.
