This spacious 2 bed apartment is set within a private secure complex in an ideal location 300m from the beach, 300m from the Alvor harbour, and easy access to the top golf courses, 3 kms. The complex has a lovely garden area around the two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible via a lift if required. It has sea and pool views from each of the two South facing balconies and from the kitchen. This large apartment is 120m2 excluding the balconies. It is the largest apartment in this fabulous complex, it is on the top floor and overlooking the swimming pools and facing the sea. As it is South facing, you get the sun all day long.

Lovely Alvor holiday
Just returned from a week at this beautiful apartment in Alvor. The apartment which is newly renovated to the highest standard had everything you could possibly need in it. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. Contact with Michael, the owner is super from start to finish. We will be back. Thanks.

Great holiday
Fabulous place to stay and enjoy all the Alvor has to offer. Apartment was just what you need.l for a holiday, all amenities and fabulous decor and bathrooms. The pool and outdoor facilities were fabulous also, always clean . Had a wonderful family stay

Great Holiday.
On holiday with friends for a week. We stayed in Michael's apartment last year and thought it was fab also booked again this year. The apartment has everything in it you could need. Great balconies overlooking the pool and sea in the distance. Michael was great from the moment of booking. He was in constant communication with me. This deserves 5 stars as it is definitely a place that feels like home. Alvor also has the best selection of restaurants you can find. A great holiday had by all. Booked again for next year.

Fantastic apartment
We have just come back from a week in Alvor staying at the villa de Praia. The apartment was so spacious, clean and comfortable -everything we needed and more. Perfect location looking out onto the pool and the sea. The apartment has 2 balconies which we’re really nice to have. Air conditioning in all the rooms was much needed and very effective. The apartment has 2 pools and my 2 girls 10, 13 loved playing in the pool all day. The apartment is situated about 5-10 minutes from the bars, restaurants and shops. As a family we all agreed this holiday was just spot on and thankyou Michael for all the valuable information and helpful communication about our trip. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Alvor vila da praia
Although the apartment could do with a bathroom upgrade, it was outweighed by the stunning views of the pool and the distant sea view, the apartment had all the amenities you could wish for and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very well equipped and located apartment in Alvor
The apartment is very well equipped, spacious, comfortable, quiet, has two balconies with a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the garden and is very well located: close to the beach, boardwalk, supermarket, restaurants. It's perfect for families. We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come back. All information was well communicated by the host Michael.

Fabulous
This is a lovely spacious apartment in a great location. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a great holiday including excellent wifi and a Smart TV. It is within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The 2 balconies with full sun for most of the day have lovely views of the large pool and well maintained gardens. Michael was excellent to communicate with and was very friendly and helpful which made booking very easy. Highly recommended.

Second stay in this beautiful apartment
This was our second stay in the same apartment and our 3rd stay in the lovely Vila da Praia complex. Michael the owner has always been so helpful and quick to reply to any queries. The apartment was spotless on arrival and has everything you need for a great stay and plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 4 young children. In our opinion the apartment has the best vantage point in the complex with perfect views of the pool and sea beyond. We love how close the complex is to the town and beach, meaning we didnt need a car for our stay. There are numerous restaurents surrounding the complex then even more a short 5-10 minute stroll away in the town itself. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Great value apartment. Great resort.
Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids Aug 2020. Portugal was still not on travel list so Alvor was quieter than normal. (it was added while we were there)
It is a spacious apartment, more than enough room for our family. The block is great, really good pool area, great location close to everything you need. Kids loved the beach and pool, we loved the restaurants in Alvor.
Michael is very helpful and very good on communication. A great stay, would have no hesitation in booking again and recommended.
