My family just returned from a stay at Sisikirana villa and enjoyed a lovely stay! The villa gives privacy and a peaceful environment for R&R with all modern amenities. Aruna and Dasun, the chef and the caretaker of the villa provide excellent service as well. Perfect for families looking for peace and quiet without the bother of hotel operations and other guests. Highly recommended!

It was one of the beautiful days in Unawatuna. This is a great family friendly condo with a stunning pool. The villa was nicely built with excellent architecture. It was neat and tidy and the place was so close to Unawatuna beach, Roomassala and Jungle beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed each and every meal which is truly amazing. We'll visit again!

The villa located in very Serine Neighborhood but still close to the beach and city so perfect location. It's very beautiful Built and have good vibes everywhere. Have to mention the pool which we enjoyed a lot. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The staff is helpful and attending. A perfect villa for a family. Everything was upto standard. The place was really clean which was the main thing we were looking for. The staff was really friendly as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend 💯

We stayed at this villa for 8 days. We had a wonderful stay. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms with private baths and showers. The commons areas are very nice and have ceiling fans and tile floors. The pool and landscaping is beautiful. This villa is just a 10 minute Tuk Tuk ride to Galle Fort and less to Unawatuna beach. There is a Cargills grocery store and a liquor store close by. There are 3 guys who live on site and care for the place. They are super nice and give your privacy. The breakfast is included every day and you have some nice choices. We asked for some specialty items and they always accommodated us. For a small negotiated price, they will cook you lunch and dinner. A suggested menu is provided but we asked them to cook some traditional Sri Lankan foods and they did an awesome job! For two nights we had friends stay with us who were from Sri Lanka and they were very impressed with the traditional meals. There were some comments about bugs and frogs. Remember, Sri Lanka is a tropical country and since there is an open air center to the villa with a koi pond this can’t be helped at times. Don’t judge this beautiful villa by a western standard you may be used to in a cool climate! Rohan has a beautiful villa in a convenient location. The pictures as just as it is. We would come back again!

Wir waren zum Abschluss unserer Sri Lanka Rundreise für 5 Nächte in der sehr schönen Sisikirana Villa. 3 Zimmer à je 1 Doppelbett mit eigenem Badezimmer. Das Pool ist sehr schön und hat drei Tiefen, also ideal auch für Kinder. Einziges Thema warum wir nicht voll zufrieden waren und vielen anderen Feedbacks widersprechen müssen, war der Service-Gedanken der Angestellten. Sie suchen bzw. sehen die Arbeit oder möglichen Wünsche oder Bedürfnise leider eher (noch) nicht. Dies gibt zum Schluss einen faden Eindruck. Die gewünschten und vor Ort gekochten Mahlzeiten wurde jedoch sehr gut zubereitet! Auch aufgrund der extern in etwa selben Preisstellung nutzten wir den Service lediglich zweimal. Wir können die Villa weiterempfehlen, wünschten uns für den Preis künftig aber ein höheres Servicelevel und ein erweitertes Konzept (z.B. vor Ort Lagerung von Getränken zum Bezug, Softdrinks evtl inklusive, mehr Erläuterungen/Klärungen bei Eintritt...).

The villa is absolutely amazing. The family and I had a great time while we were there. The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we asked. We will be highly recommending this place to all our family and friends.

We had an amazing time staying in this villa. We loved the pool and the staff were always happy to help. The food cooked by Aruna was delicious, and we preferred to eat his cooking than go out. Rohan was always happy to recommend places to go and organise excursions for us.

My daughter Chandini Jackson invited us for a holiday to Sri Lanka and my wife and I joined her and her husband and our grandson Oliver and her inlaws from London to this wonderful villa and we spent six days Truly a home away from home peaceful, clean villa with a beautiful ambience. The staff were extremely kind and pleasant and were unobtrusively efficient . The chef was par excellence serving us mouth watering dishes with a smile The villa the swimming pool ,were well maintained and we had a wonderful holiday Mr Rohan was a hospitable gentleman host.
