Spacious, well equiped apartment in a great location
Excellent facilities, extremely well equiped with a large terrace overlooking the harbour. Really close to main square and all the restaurants, also handy for the local beach and all the main attractions of Monopoli. Our host was very helpful and gave us plenty of local info. The apartment is in a lovely old building and there are a lot of stone steps up to it but would highly recommmend it once you are aware of that.

Nice apartment and location
This is a large two bedroom and two bathroom apartment with a large terrace. It is very clean and comfortable. There are 64 indoor stone steps up to the apartment. There is a landing about every fourth step which makes it easier. The steps are probably from the 1700’s and that is kinda cool. We would definitely rent this again if we go back to beautiful Monopoli. We love this city and felt so safe. The apartment is walkable to everything including the train station. This apartment, and Monopoli, are definitely worth considering.

Excellent sous tout rapport, à refaire sans hésiter car très bel appartement avec grande terrasse, un emplacement de choix, tout est à porter.

great location
fantastic location , apartment spotless with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels.
we booked this because of the large terrace which did not disappoint......large outside space for breakfast and drinks before heading to the square for dinner.
we will return

Wonderful apartment in a great area with a lovely balcony!
The apartment is so clean and well cared for that you feel you are staying in someone's home. It is well appointed with supplies and very functional. There are many restaurants near by and the piazza, a few steps from the apartment, serves a full style American breakfast! The balcony is large and comfortable. The only negative is the stairway to the apartment. It is a long climb with many steps. We enjoyed our week's stay!

Fabulous historic apartment
Spent 10 days in this beautiful apartment set on the top floor of a very old (circa 15/16th century) property with all the characteristics and rustic charm you would expect from the area. The 65 steps from the bottom may sound daunting to some but it did add to the charm of the place and sense of history you get from being in the old town.
We fell in love with Monopoli within the first couple of hours, starting with the property owners meeting us out on the street where they had reserved a parking space for us.
The apartment is exactly as described by everyone else below so won't be repeating how beautifully presented it is. It was more than spacious enough for the four of us though (and furnished accordingly) and the roof terrace is certainly large for the area, sitting nicely over the cobbled road below.
Monopoli is a great place to explore and caters for every taste. The restaurants are clean, friendly, and surprisingly inexpensive.
We have already decided to return to Monopoli and explore some more of the area. We won't waste loads of time looking for appropriate accommodation though as I think we have found it (as long as it's available that is).Thank you again Piero and Gabriella for your kind hospitality.

Family Holiday in Monopoli
Beautiful apartment close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Fantastic views of the sea and port. Everything we needed was in the apartment and we had a very relaxing week. The air conditioned rooms meant we could cool down when it became very hot.

Charming apartment with sea view
Beautiful apartment centrally located with a wonderful terrace. The interiors are cool and airy and well equipped for self catering. Our hosts were really helpful and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit!

Traditional apartment in Monopoli
Spacious, clean, traditionally furnished apartment for 2 people. Small kitchen but with so many restaurants right next door to the property, we didn't need it. Sunny terrace with views of the harbour, lovely to sit with a drink in the evening. Monopoli is an old town with small sandy beaches nearby to the apartment. We had a relaxing week here and we would certainly recommend this apartment as a place to stay.
