Such a lovely holiday, villa was spacious, clean and perfect for the 7 of us, the pool is bigger than the pictures show so that was a lovely surprise. The welcome package was amazing, all bases were covered. If I were to say anything negative I can only think of 2 things. One of the single beds in the furthest bedroom was so uncomfortable and noisy we had to stop using it, base and mattress need replacing and the only other thing was it was slightly further out than we thought but taxis were so cheap, scooters were available everywhere so it really wasn’t an issue. Thank you for allowing us to use your property for our holiday and I hope to book again soon.

This was our 2nd visit and hopefully not our last. Communications with Patrick pre holiday were excellent .... and any questions promptly answered. The same applies with Ben during our stay. A superb pool and accommodation, the welcome pack was also sufficient and varied.

Villa was spacious and perfect for our needs. Patrick kindly left a nice welcome pack which we really appreciated, as we had a late arrival. Pool area was great, loungers were very comfortable.

We have had the best holiday, the villa was perfect for us !! It was clean, spacious everything we needed was there !!! Definitely would recommend it !!! We went for 12 nights and there was 6 of us 4 adults and 2 kids (15+16yrs) and we ❤️ every minute of it !! We didn’t want it to end 😔. We also wanted to say a big thank you Jeff (the pool cleaner) and Karen both for being amazing and every helpful. We would come back in a heart beat if we could !! Thank you

This was our first villa holiday and could not fault it. The villa is large, a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. The villa was very clean and well presented, the owner has equipped the villa with everything you would need to make it home from home in order to make it as comfortable as possible. I was really impressed with the welcome pack which consisted of bread, milk, butter, cheese, ham, water, wine, beer and fruit juice - a lovely added touch 😁 The pool was initially what attracted us to this villa as it looked a really good size, it certainly didn’t disappoint. There are ample sun loungers, a large outdoor dining table and chairs, table tennis and 4 hole putting green, which added a little in house entertainment. We ate mainly at the villa during the day and headed out for a meal in the evening. It is approx a 2 mile walk to the centre or a taxi is a 5 minute walk from the villa, costing €3.50. I would have no hesitation in recommending 49 Villas Blanca and would like to take the opportunity to thank the owner for making our first villa experience a great one.

We had a great time, the villa had everything that we needed. The location is really ideal. Taxis were only 3 euros to get to the town. There was a nice welcome pack which helped out. There are floats and toys in the garden which saved us buying some. A pool man came during our stay to clean the pool as well which was nice. There is a local shop where you can do top up shops but can be expensive. The location was within walking distance to the water parks. The villa was very well kept and the owner was very helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic villa. There was me, my husband with 3 kids with 3 grandparents for a family holiday. More than enough room for us all. Swimming pool a good size for Some family fun. My kids are aged 6, 5 and 3 and the 3 year old could stand in shallow end of the pool. Little PlayStation room with PlayStation 3 in there which my older 2 used. Was a little god send really for them for the mornings and to cool off when it got too hot in the mid day sun. Tv in lounge was all in English a lot of sky channels, grandad got to watch the f1, and good kids channels. Villa owner was fantastic at getting back and answering questions before arriving. People to contact once out there just as brilliant. Had an issue in that a fan was broke but they replaced it the next day. We did hire and car and glad we did as it’s a half hour walk to the beach which is downhill so up hill on way back. We ate out 3 nights and all restaurants very child friendly. Did bbqs rest of the week, good size bbq and lovely outside seating. You can tell this villa is looked after and extra thought put in by looking similar villas in the complex. The walls are higher so it’s completely private. Bigger bbq area built in which is a must when cooking for lots of people. table tennis table outside and little golfing square area. Big Supermarket at beach then little spar shops dotted around. Would definitely recommend this villa and Lanzarote

Wir waren für 12 Tage, mit 5 Personen, in diesem Haus und es hat von Anfang bis Ende alles gestimmt. Sicherlich sind einige Dinge in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Lage und Ausstattung der Villa, der beheizte Pool, einfach klasse. Die Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln, die Reinigung und der Bettwäschewechsel nach einer Woche, super.

The villa is showing a little age. BUT, still a great size, great quiet but reasonably central location and well equipped. I have noticed many local villa prices are increasing. I hope they don't price themselves out of the market in the near future. Would I stay again? in a heart beat !! Thanks Patrick.
