Leave your worries and to a point civilization behind to relax in a warm and tropical atmosphere hosted by some of the most friendly people in the hemisphere. Our average yearly temperature of 84 degree's, Pure white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and lack of humidity will make you understand why this island nation has become the newest hideaway of the rich and famous.
These same crystal clear waters are just teeming with fish just waiting to be fed and photographed or invited to dinner. The Turks and Caicos islands are now rated one of the top ten dive destination in the world as well as one of the top five beaches in the world.

Excellent stay - and beach two minutes walk!!
Easy to find, great property management support...really enjoyed our time at the townhome! Unit is very spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and private. Highly recommend.

Spectacular, Gorgeous Holiday
The Royal Hideaway was the perfect place for our vacation. It is a beautiful place with all that you will ever need to enjoy some time away from it all. This place is for you if you enjoy quiet, peace, and seclusion. The amenities were wonderful: kitchen, snorkel gear, kayaks, etc. I would recommend renting the car from Milena as that is only way you can get around the island. Not that you will need to drive that much but it is helpful. The beach across the street was spectacular and very private. I ran down to Bambarra Beach one morning and felt that the beach at Royal Hideaway was perfect and there was no need to go elsewhere. Snorkeling around that area is okay. I am an avid swimmer and found the beach there to be perfect to go for long swims. If you want more excitement with snorkeling, you may want to seek out specific snorkel spots or just ask Junior the caretaker of the property. Speaking of, Junior is a great resource. He is very knowledgable and professional. He is a great representative for the property and the island. The owner Milena is also wonderful. She was a pleasure to communicate with and was very helpful in coordinating our stay. I would recommend booking a fishing trip with Captain D (Dedrick) if you like fish. We planned one at the beginning of our trip and had plenty to eat for our entire stay. We cooked each night and did not go to any of the restaurants. Thus, I cannot speak on those. In regards to stores, of course, go to one in Provo once you arrive in TCI. Milena will help coordinate a driver for you if you wish, who can take you to the grocery store before you get on the ferry. There are little stores in North Caicos and Bottle Creek. Captain D's family owns My Dee's grocery stores and I would recommend those. I particularly liked the one in Bottle Creek. FYI, they get fresh produce in on Monday nights thus go on Tuesday morning if you are running low but keep in mind the selection is small.. Other than that you will only find smaller items and frozen meats at these stores. In general, I would get all you think you will need in Provo and keep the stores in North Caicos as a good standby for more basic things. Make sure to bring bug spray. We were there in May after it had rained some the week before and they were out. Lastly, we enjoyed visiting the primitive Conch Bar Caves National Park on the island and the hike at Mudjin Harbour (bring your camera, great pics!). Overall, this was the perfect getaway. I truly could not say more as this location and rental property as it provided a quiet, beachy, and away from the crowds sort of vacation. Thank you for Junior and Milena for all your help. We will be back.

Fantastic
Tremendous value! This is the place for folks who like solitude with a beautiful beach! Takes a bit of strategic planning.... Beautifully appointed and well maintained with access to friendly staff. Great for fisherman! Not for resort people. Wonderful for de compressing! Fantastic DVD library! Immaculately furnished. Very clean and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Dick Zebo is a great host even if he isn't on property. Shhhh. Actually I'd like to keep it secret. Fantastic value for folks who want pristine beauty. Need to want to cook and be self generating. Phenomenal. One of the best vacations of my life!

Heaven Awaits!!! :0)
We stayed at the Royal Hideaway Townhouses on Middle Caicos in March/April of 2013 and were totally pleased with our accommodations and the attentiveness of our welcoming committee at the ferry landing.. No matter how many times you travel, it is always a relief to see a friendly face at the airport or final destination, in this case the ferry landing in North Caicos with faces looking for you rather than you looking for them....
The car included with the rental package was not new but the air worked and it remained reliable all week. The 4 wheel drive in this case allowed off road adventures that I think we might not have taken otherwise. This is a big island with tons of hidden getaways where you might not see anybody for days. A hidden paradise as the owner said.
We beach combed almost every morning . Bambarra Beach is a 5 mile stretch of pure white sand beach, absolutely precious and very photogenic. Glad we got here before the real developers ruin it as they must because nothing ever stays the same.
We met others who have been coming here for years and have kept it their own secret but who were extremely anxious to share their favorite places and experiences.
Mudjin Harbor is a must see.. Restaurant is great but fairly expensive unless you stay away from the deserts and appetizers.. Very Picturesque !
Cow Hill Bay, best beachcombing and shoreline bonefishing. Something for both of us.
Ice Robinson was our snorkeling guide and knew where to find the clearest waters and reefs where we could safely snorkel and hunt our own dinner
Middle Caicos seems to be lost in time and that is very refreshing. The accommodations were exactly as shown in the advertising and that is also refreshing.
Newly repaired causeway allowed us to explore North Caicos and test some of their restaurants because Middle Caicos only has two and after a day on or in the water, we were tired and didn't want to cook except for those days we had fresh fish and Lobsters.
That will change in time but I prefer the adventure of Middle Caicos to the tourism destinations of the Bahamas and even the T I s Providenciales

Secluded Hideaway
We wanted a laidback vacation and that is what we got. And staing at such a nice place was a plus for sure. We were 4 couples in two of the Townhouses at Eagles Rest. They were very well equipped and clean and comfy. The beautiful beach was right across the street. There were lots of fun things to do on that Island ..One of our very favorite vacations ... I would give it a five star rating for a secluded , relaxing place to stay...
