This modern villa sleeps up to 12 guests, a private chef is available for hire and we offer pre-stocking services. All our properties come with complimentary membership to RH Beach Club.

Would never use Hospitality Expert again
Jamaica is one of my favorite places on earth, been here many times. This company doesn’t understand service or quality. Pool green, seafood bad, they wanted to prestock for $4400 for a weeks of groceries + $650 for someone to shop for the food. $4400 of groceries could feed my family of 4 for 3 months buying the most expensive food from WholeFoods. Property alarm never fixed, pool green, next time will certainly stay at Tryall or Discovery Bay, these are REAL DEAL private homes with READ DEAL Jamaican hospitality, quality and high standards.
Good luck to who were used these folks.

Awesome Villa for a relaxing vacation.
I am usually very skeptical about booking accommodation online due to the fear of being mislead by photos etc. However, this villa looks exactly or even better in person.
This villa is awesomely comfortable. The decor and interior design is well though out. The layout of the bedrooms are such that one wakes up to the spectacular view of the horizon.
The kitchen is fully stocked with more kitchen items than you could imagine.
There is even a business workstation.
The pool area is everything you would want.
I would recommend this villa and is already planning the next vacation.
Rose was a great host, very helpful and caring.

The best villa I have ever stayed in.
So after not being able to travel for some months due to the 2020 pandemic, as people are calling it, I finally booked this 5 bedroom villa for our family. We had read the review from early 2019 so we were skeptical, but we did our homework and checked other platforms, where they have hundreds of reviews and they were spectacular so we took the leap of faith. It was the best decision I made.
The post-booking / pre-arrival service from Hospitality Expert was extremely personal and detailed, we booked a chef, arranged the villa prestocking for a week, arranged our airport pickup, a couple of tours and even booked massages :))
The arrival and first impressions were perfect. Frank met us and took us up to the house, they had a housekeeper and groundsman to meet us and the chef was already cooking our lunch.
We spent a fair bit of time at the villa due to the COVID situation, that said you can still go out to the beach club, Scotchies, play golf (which I did twice) and hit the local markets but many of the tours were not operating yet. So like I said we were at Nianna Eden a fair bit and honestly that was the best time. The rooms are comfy and large, the pool deck is phenomenal and probably the best part, 180 degree views of the Caribbean Sea and Half Moon, very couchy living room and a spacious garden area.
The service is what won me over, you have a personal concierge in Neena, Charito was a great help to have around, Lorraine cooked great, and all of this was seemlessly coordinated by the Experts, as we called them, headed up and managed by Navin.
We are already booking for next year and we really do encourage anyone going to Jamaica to stay at Nianna Eden, the team has really done a phenomenal upgrade - we met the designer Kat, she welcomed us also and was great.

Beautiful home that is in the midst of renovation that still needs ALOT of work at ALOT of levels
First off I would like to say that the house staff and the drivers were the absolute best! Hospitality Experts were very nice people and accomodating BUT they made a mistake with thinking this house ready when in the middle of renovation. The house had many many issues. The kitchen was in the middle of renovation which I was not aware of so was very surprised and unhappy when I arrived. They offered an onsite cook free of charge due to this. Annette was absolutely wonderful but this still did not make up for the lack of a kitchen that was included in the price of the house. The kitchen smelled. There were cockroaches every night. There was no counter space due to everything being torn out. There were fold out tables set against the wall to put food we had bought. Simple ammenities were not there. There were only large butcher knives and were so dull could not peel the skin off of fruit. The coffee pot was a tiny coffee pot for "1" when the house sleeps 10! On to the rooms:There was a bed bug issue. My husbnd and I got the worst but had many types of bites on our bodies..even after spraying "Off" during the day and before bed. Bites were not just mosquito and when we got back to the states and woke up this morning my husbands back was covered with bites, big and small. All but 1 of the bathrooms smelled really bad except ours which had tiling as opposed to stone. These had obviously not completed renovation. They had no shelf space to put cosmetics or toiletries..only the space on the counter. The landscape was being redone so not beautiful and lush as the other villas. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN: The pool area is VERY unsafe. They said they are addressing all of this in the future but for us I was told child safe but there was no protections agains tthe pool There are gaps in railings that had maybe 20 ft fall all over so being outside of the house was a stressful thing with a 2 yr old. The good: THE STAFF AND THE DRIVERS. The owners were really nice family but I just have to be honest. I made it clear this was for a wedding party and our family and I wanted everything to be really nice and was assured again and again that it was marvelous. Sorry Hospitality Experts but you had plenty of time to notify me of all of the issues . You tried to make it up but you really could not make up for it all. This was truly just a partially renovated house that should not have had people staying here. I was very dissapointed.

We thank you for your detailed review, we apologise that the house was not completely up to your liking, we do acknowledge that the staff quarters and kitchen were not completely finished when you came. In our efforts to create a truly world class property some of our fabricators ran overtime, they kept guaranteeing us until the last minute that they would complete in time. We really apologise sincerely for this.
The kitchen is now fully installed, extermination schedules on point, brand new coffee machine in place, we will be installing a child safety net around the pool and all bathrooms have an extra shelf now. We believe this tackles all of your helpful points.
Since you did not get to enjoy the property in its totally complete state we wish to offer you 2 night complimentary whenever you choose to return.
