Benimar 13 – Two Bedroom is situated in a quiet residential area of Costa Adeje in Tenerife.  The quality restaurants and bars are within walking distance at Playa Fanabe and also the upmarket Del Duque area. The triple balcony overlooks the pool and is furnished with a patio table and 6 chairs, and a sun lounger.  There is also a sun awning.  One set of patio doors leads back into the lounge, which is comfortably furnished with a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, a wifi internet router, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster.  There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and board, and a water heater. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and fitted wardrobes.  The ensuite bathroom consists of a circular bath with a shower above, a wash hand basin with a mirror above, a bidet, and WC.  Patio doors lead out onto the balcony.  The second bedroom also has patio doors leading out to the balcony and also consists of two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, and fitted wardrobes.  There is also a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international channels. The second bathroom has a shower, a wash hand basin with a mirror above, and a WC.  The apartment is suitable for people with mobility issues, as it is on the ground floor as you walk through the front door, but the balcony is one level up from the pool.  The apartment is laid out all on one level.
