Claudia was a great host and very open to sharing useful information together with providing a number of very nice small touches (pizza / wine on arrival, vegetables for cooking and a local gift on departure). This together with her constant availability for help on anything from local conveniences, places to visit etc made our visit to the Villa totally stress-free. The Villa itself is great. The location is very useful to explore less tourist areas on the Lecco side of Lake Como together with villages / towns north of the Lake in the mountains (i.e. Val di Mello). The facilities allowed for some relaxing pool time, a play area for the kids and lovely breakfast on the garden terrace with a wonderful mountain view to the rear of the garden. Would thoroughly recommend the villa as a place for groups of 5-7 people to use a base to explore the area or simply to chill out.

La villa è bellissima, gli spazi interni ed esterni sono organizzati molto bene ed è arredata con estremo gusto. Data la stagione abbiamo vissuto moltissimo il giardino e la grande piscina che assieme al barbecue sono diventati il punto focale della nostra vacanza. Tutto è curatissimo, il giardino organizzato su più livelli è ricco di molte essenze tra le quali spiccano palme ed ulivi oltre alle pergole d’uva e gelsomino. Claudia e Beppe sono due stupendi padroni di casa, sempre disponibili e prodighi di consigli su tutto quanto il territorio dell’alto lago mette a disposizione del visitatore ma francamente godere dell’assoluto relax di Villa la Corte questa Volta ha prevalso sulla voglia di esplorare.

Le jardin spacieux est exceptionnel et bien entretenu et la vue sur les montagnes est splendide, ce qui nous a plu le plus. La maison est grande et très bien entretenue avec tout ce qu'il faut. Moderne et spacieuse, elle a tout ce qu'il faut. Le Lac et les Montagnes sont très proches d'accès pour des randonnées en vélo ou à pied. On recommande d'apporter ou de louer des vélos électriques, qui sont très pratiques pour se déplacer dans les alentours. C'est un endroit splendid pour des vacances exceptionnelles, sans aucun doute. On est très satisfait et Claudia et Beppe sont très chaleureux et accueillants.

Casa e giardino sono speciali per bellezza e qualità. La piscina è il tocco vincente nel periodo assolato estivo. Tutto è molto curato da Claudia e Beppe. La casa, su due piani, è spaziosa, comoda, arredata con mix di moderno e diversi mobili antichi, ha una grandissima vetrata sul giardino e una regolazione di temperatura perfetta. Abbastanza isolata e silenziosissima di notte. A pochi minuti a piedi il lago nell'ansa di Piona, a 10 minuti di auto c'è il paese di Colico che è molto gradevole. Infine l'assistenza della padrona di casa va molto oltre le aspettative: precisa, gentile, premurosa e tanto simpatica. Tutto speciale.

Villa La Corte is a large modern, well equipped villa with a beautifully maintained mature garden with decent sized pool. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts who were very responsive both before and during our stay. The villa is within 15 minutes walk of several excellent, reasonably priced restaurants serving freshly cooked local cuisine. The town of Colico is a good location to explore both shores of the lake and the Alps and is served by the railway line and ferries if you dont want to drive everyday. The town also offers safe swimming areas, cycling and a range of water sports. We had a fantastic holiday and would thoroughly recommend Villa La Corte and Colico if you want a good base to explore or relax.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus mit 7 Personen und haben es von Anfang bis Ende wieder in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel liebe eingerichtet und wird sehr gut gepflegt. Der Garten ein Traum. Man kann auf verschiedenen Ebenen sitzen, grillen und am Pool liegen. Die Besitzer Claudia und Beppe sind super nett und es gibt Willkommensgeschenke und zur Abreise ein kleines Geschenk. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge zum wandern, Fahrrad fahren oder die Orte am See zu erkunden. Zum See nach Colico 15 Minuten. Aber in der Nähe des Hauses gibt es eine Bäckerei und jede Menge Möglichkeiten gut und lecker essen zu gehen. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Accueil sympa , très belle villa bien équipée , jardin magnifique et piscine superbe . La région est à découvrir !!!!

Wir haben uns eine Woche lang super wohl gefühlt, es war einfach traumhaft. Ein klasse Pool, ein unglaublich riesiger, sehr gepflegter Garten mit tollen Blumen. Auch die Innenausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, es war genug Geschirr, Besteck, etc. vorhanden. Alles in allem TOP. Der See bzw. Colico ist nach einem kurzem Fußmarsch (ca. 15 Minuten) zu erreichen. Die Vermieter Claudia und Beppe sind suuuper nette Leute, die sich wirklich toll um die Gäste kümmern, halten sich aber trotzdem diskret im Hintergrund. Wir bekamen Willkommens- UND Abreisepresente, das war schon klasse. Nochmal danke für alles und bis zum nächsten Mal. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland.

We've spent a week by end of July 2018 in Villa La Corte and I have to say it was EXCELLENT!!! The pictures on the page show absolutely the reality! Sometimes you don't get what you see. But here: The garden was green and well groomed, the plants in top shape, the Pool absolutely clean and really big :-) The House inside is top comfortable and you have all you need. There is a lot of space. We were 2 Families and were top relaxed all the time. Just 10 Minutes walking Distance to the Lake Como with clear water. If you want to go by car there are lots of parking places (drive down to the Lake, don't take the upper parke place, there are only about 20 places). To the center and Fuentes only 7-10 Minutes by car. Nice market on Friday. Actually we also want to go for Horse riding, but it was too hot (we had the record Summer 2018 :-)). But we were checking out the Ranch and it's highly recommandaeble. For hores lovers a Must. We also recommend to to a Boat Trip until Bellagio. We are already checking with our employers if we can have again Holidays together that we can spend there another week next Year. Claudia and Beppe are truely friendly people. Within max. 10 Minutes they responded to our questions. For example we were looking for a Pizza Taxi. After 30 Minutes we were eating it because Claudia took care of the order (she found a Pizzeria which delivered while they were closed :-). They live next door and you can be sure to get a smile if you see them For everybody who is thinking about to rent it: GO FOR IT :-) Thank you so much Claudia and Beppe!!! Villa La Corte in Colico is unique in many senses: The huge and perfectly maintained garten gives you the feeling of living in your own park. We found the house very comfortable, well equipped and kept, quiet and... perfectly cleaned. And, first and foremost, the hosts Claudia and Giuseppe spared no effort to make our stay a unique experience. Perfect!
