Wij hebben het fantastisch naar onze zin hebben gehad in jullie appartement. We hebben enorm genoten van de ruimte, de inrichting en het lekkere bed. En dan nog het uitzicht vanaf het terras. Echt helemaal geweldig, wanneer je ook kijkt. We hebben een week lang mooi weer gehad, alleen de laatste dag wat onweer en op de dag van vertrek echt slecht weer. Maar daar hadden wij geen last meer van! Het is heerlijk rustig rondom het appartement (in tegenstelling tot de hoofdweg in het weekend!) en dat vonden we fantastisch. Kortom: we hebben genoten en dat wilde we jullie nog even laten weten!

location du 6 avril au 10 avril 2016 Bel appartement bien équipé composé d'une chambre adulte avec un grand lit, d'une chambre enfant avec 2 lits superposés (+ 2 lits d'appoint), 1 salon - cuisine équipé assez spacieux, 1 salle de bain et un balcon avec vue magnifique sur le lac. l'appartement est situé dans un petit hameau (à environ 5 mn du lac en voiture)... à pieds ... ça grimpe ! commerces Spar entre autres proches de l'appartement Chauffage et eau chaude au gaz parking privé au pied de l'appartement (pratique !) nous avions sur la table du salon, une bouteille de pétillant et des brioches à notre arrivée ... joli geste ! Par contre, pendant notre location, le réseau Wi-Fi était très mauvais voir inexistant La TV ne fonctionnait pas (pas de signal ...) il n'y a pas d'extérieurs attenant à la location la piscine était bâchée et sale (elle est située en dessous du parking voiture, en contrebas de la route) pas de documents récents permettant de découvrir les lieux et les activités du lac (seuls de vieux doc dans un panier) la propreté de l'appartement était bien ... sans plus le fait que les propriétaires ne soient pas sur place, ne facilite pas la résolution de problèmes (même si pour notre pb de wifi, il ont contacté une personne qui est venue remettre (un semblant ...) de connexion sous 48h c'est dommage, le potentiel est là, et 2 ou 3 aménagement pourraient faire cranter le potentiel de cet appartement

Wat een fijne plek is dit! Het mooi gerenoveerde appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Het is comfortabel en licht, met alle luxe die je nodig hebt. Veel privacy doordat het wat 'verstopt' ligt in een oud pand. Veel charmante dorpjes in de omgeving, lekker eten. Echt een super-bestemming, vlak aan het Como-meer, maar toch weg van de drukte.

Weekje aan het Comomeer. Mooi appartement op rustige plek met prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de bergen rondom. Naast uitstapjes naar mooie dorpjes ook naar skigebied gereden en een dag heerlijk geskied. Skigebied prima bereikbaar via rustige weg. Appartement in mooi gerenoveerd oud pand. Voldoende ruimte en privacy. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug om in de zomer te genieten van het meer.

We spent a week during Christmas holiday. Our appartement was nice at the border of a small village. The scenery was simply fantastic, nice atmosphere great food, awesome view on the lake and the mountains.

We stayed at Belmonte Vista. We had wanted & enquired about the larger apartment especially as it has a bedroom with bunk beds & we have 2 children. We thought we were booking that one however when I received the confirmation of booking I realised we were being offered the top floor apartment instead. By then it was too late to find anything else. There wasn't a lot of room for 4 of us - 1 living room that was sitting (only a sofa) & dining & kitchen (no oven). The shower room was tiny although did have room for a washing machine. The main bedroom was OK - Not a lot of floor space but the wardrobe was huge & the bed was comfortable. The 2nd bedroom was upstairs. It had no door, there was just a curtain separating it from the living room, the chest of drawers was broken & the boys had to share a sofa bed. The roof terrace was spacious but you could only see the view if standing up. However, for most of the week, we went nearly all day and so the lack of space didn't really matter. The swimming pool was tiny & a very long way away. From our apartment it was over 60 steps down to the road level, then we had to cross the road then go down more steps to get to the pool. There wasn't space or furniture for a leisurely day by the pool.... There were a few issues when we arrived however I sent an e-mail to the owner who contacted his local agent and sorted them the following day. This was despite the fact that the owner was himself on holiday.

The apartment was in a small ,quiet mountain village ,with very little traffic ,therefore very safe for children. There were steep steps to climb to the apartment, so not suitable for elderly or unfit people !! The view of Lake Como was breathtaking. We found the apartment clean,well equipped but a little small compared to other apartments in the building. There were fabulous restaurants and a delicious bakery ,close by.

Wat een heerlijke plek is dit om naartoe te gaan. Eigenlijk heb je hier alles wat je wilt hebben voor een ontspannen vakantie; de prachtige meren, lekker eten, leuke stadjes en je kunt in de omgeving heerlijk wandelen en ook skieen. Telkens ben ik weer gecharmeerd van de authentieke kleine dorpjes waar je doorheen kunt wandelen.

The place is ideal for rest seekers. The village is totally laid-back and managed to bring me in a state of total relaxation as soon as we entered it. There is hardly any traffic on the road beneath the appartment. In the master bedroom I managed to sleep 10-11 hours in one go because it was so quite! During our stay of one week we had very different weather circumstances during the day, ranging from cloudy and cool till sunny and hot. All weather conditions offered opportunity to different type of outings: a walk in the neighbourhood or a visit to a nearby museum during the cool times and swimming in the pool or lake during the hot times. The place is also an excellent base for going on longer daytrips around lake Como. The panoramic view from the balcony is awesome and with various weather types never gets boring. How we enjoyed the lightening spectacle at night!

Casa Belmonte is a really great appartment, situated in a small village in the mountains with superb view over the lake. The appartment is very comfortable and cosy, and has everything you need for a wonderfull holiday (good kitchen, beds, comfortable couch etc). We stayed there with two kids of 4 and 7, and they liked the property very much, not only because of the swimmingpool. Casa Belmonte is a great location for day trips like boattrips to the other side of the lake, but also to spend lazy days at the beaches nearby, or for a hiking day. We have great memories of this holiday and for sure will return!
