The penthouse is a wonderful base for exploring Cyprus. I would recommend renting a car. We spent the days visiting Larnaka, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Limassol and Paphos and then chilling on the huge veranda in the evenings with a bbq & a few drinks. The pool is lovely and quiet as well. Fab hosts.

We have recently returned from Cyprus and our third stay at Palm Imperial Penthouse and we just have to leave another review! As always, the apartment was clean and well maintained on arrival. The owners of the property, Mario and Shane are always efficient and professional from the time of booking and are happy to share lots of useful information about the area. The apartment has everything needed for an enjoyable holiday and the HUGE sun terrace is one of the reasons we keep coming back! There is a lovely, quiet pool area at the complex and you’ll find that most days, you’ll have the pool to yourself. Oroklini village has plenty of tavernas, shops and essential amenities, all of which are just a short walk away. All in all, a fantastic apartment in a lovely village just 15 minutes from Larnaca airport. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in Orkolini several times and would highly recommend the village. Would definitely recommend a car to enable you to see the island - however from the Apartment it is a short walk to the bakery and grocery store and also some of the local restaurants. The Penthouse Apartment is lovely - well furnished, kitchen well equipped, bathroom is a good size and was immaculately clean. The 2 Double bedrooms are a great size with king size beds and lots of hanging space. The Penthouse has a fantastic huge veranda that we spent most of the time we were in the apartment on!! - sunshine for breakfast, lazing on the sunbeds and late night cap with the stars. The swimming pool was usually empty and was well maintained. When dealing with Shane the response time was almost immediate and he was always helpful and informative. We would definitely consider re-visiting the apartment in the future - Thank you both for a lovely time!!! Michael & Mandy

Si l on a une voiture cet appartement est idéalement situé pour qui aime le calme. Trės propre et trės bien équipé il est doté d une énorme terrasse avec barbecue et transats et d une agréable piscine commune. Le propriétaire fournit toutes les indications nécessaires pour le fonctionnement de la location et donne également des informations sur les restaurants, commerces et plages aux alentours. Une superbe adresse à conseiller.

April 2018 was our second stay at Palm Imperial Penthouse (we also stayed October 2017). Located in the lovely village of Oroklini, the property has everything you need for the perfect holiday. For those seeking an active holiday, it’s an ideal base from which to explore the Larnaca area and all that Cyprus has to offer. However, if you prefer a more relaxed, slow paced holiday, it’s perfect for that too. The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortably furnished and has everything you could possibly need for a hassle free stay. There is a well equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine, oven and hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. There are plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery, as well as cooking utensils and equipment. The bathroom is a good size and very clean. Two spacious bedrooms with large King size beds, as well as lots of wardrobe space and plenty of clothes hangers. The lounge area is comfortable and bright and has a wide screen TV and DVD player. Free wi-fi for those who have to stay connected! The sun terrace/veranda is HUGE! We spend a lot of our time sat outside enjoying the beautiful Cyprus climate. There are two dining tables, wooden patio furniture and six sunloungers, as well as parasols and a washing line. The apartment is located in a small residential complex and is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small swimming pool at the complex which is very well maintained and most days, if you can manage to drag yourself away from the sun terrace, you’ll have the pool area to yourself! Oroklini village itself has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Bank, supermarkets, two fantastic bakeries and a good choice of restaurants and tavernas to suit all tastes and budgets. Finally, the owners, Mario and Shane offer superb customer service, providing their guests with plenty of information to make your stay special. I can not recommend this place enough. It’s so good, that we’ve booked our third stay for 2019!! Thank you Mario and Shane for offering your property for holiday rental. It truly is FIRST CLASS. We’re sure that we will stay here for many more holidays in the future.

What a super holiday we’ve had, this penthouse apartment lives up to every expectation. It is fully equipped, super comfy and the terrace/patio/bbq is absolutely incredible! We booked this apartment last year and unfortunately booked our flights with Monarch! After they went bust we struggled to get some flights on the same date. The owners were very understanding and helped all they could, absolutely brilliant communication and very very helpful. We would recommend anyone to stay in this apartment and we will definitely be returning. Oroklini is a good base for Larnaca, Limassol etc, you do need a car if you want to visit these places, but car hire is very affordable and cheaper than taxis in the long run. Once again Thankyou so much we had the best time.

A perfect penthouse for a group of friends or a family. It has everything you need in order to live there. The veranda is HUGE, it has an amazing view and it is very cozy to spent your nights with you friends, drinking a glass. - it is close to the motorway so traveling anywhere with a car can be done with ease - there is a swimming pool that suits almost all ages - the owners are very friendly and are answering very quickly your emails - received the deposit exactly when i was supposed to I fully recommend this place

A fantastic penthouse apartment within a short walk of everything you could possibly need on your holiday such as shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The WiFi is very useful. The veranda really gives this place an edge over others in the area. Simply stunning with a great selection of loungers, chairs, eating space and even a BBQ. The communal pool area is a real bonus and was always quiet and peaceful. The owners are super friendly and made the booking process very easy indeed. Overall, one of the best holidays ever! Will definitely be returning!

The Penthouse suggests luxury but it is not and as very regular renters we make comparison's. The outside patio area is fantastic but let down by poor mattresses for comfort. We are an elderly couple who need some additional benefits. The shower pressure is poor and the washbasin too small with the additional problem of nowhere to put regularly used toiletries. No English news via the television is not good. The lift is a god send and off street parking very acceptable. The apartment is well equipped with utensils. The air/con is excellent albeit we had to replace batteries.
