Accueil chaleureux , villa est propre et belle avec magnifique vue sur la mer. Bien équipée. Lit est très comfortable . Pas loin de Split, et très proche de la plage. Wifi capte bien. Merci pour rendre notre visite magique!

This beautiful Vila has so many things to give. The best view, beautiful interior, many space and great outside. It is also really close to Split, so you can visit whenever you want. Great restaurants around us and also beaches. When we arrived a really nice surprise was waiting for us - wine and plate of Croatian cheese and ham with bread. In addition, people around here are really polite and kind. We had the best time here!

Wir haben im Juli 2020 einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Diana, Podstrana verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, absolut sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, hat eine wirklich wundervolle Gartenanlage mit tollem Pool und liegt an einem kleinen Hang. Die Entfernung zu anderen Häusern von etwa 100m sichert eine gewisse Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Etwa 200 Meter entfernt ist ein kleiner Kieselstrand, andere Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem PKW erreichbar. Der Gastgeber und Hausbesitzer Duje und seine Eltern sind sehr nett und waren jederzeit für uns ansprechbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Sogar ein Late -Check-out war kein Problem, superfreundlich, da unsere Heimflüge erst am Abend waren. Wir haben zu sechst in der Villa Diana einen wirklich schönen Urlaub verbracht, würden gerne wieder unsere Ferien dort verbringen und können diese absolut weiterempfehlen.

Our stay in the villa Diana in the pre-season was an amazing experience overall and we can't recommend it enough! The villa is located on a great spot, only a few minutes of walk from the nearest beach and the cafe bars, restaurants and shops are also in the walking distance. At the same time, the distance from the main road and the other houses is distant enough that you can enjoy the silence while laying on the comfy sun loungers, drinking the amazing Croatian wine and staring at the breathtaking panoramic sea view - I'll never forget those spectacular sunsets! Also, the amazing city of Split is only 20 minutes away with a car and after visiting all the fascinating spots in the Diocletian's Palace and absorbing the historic significance it has, you can eat at some really incredible restaurants there - the hosts gave us some great recommendations. Duje and his lovely family were really kind and helpful, available for all our questions 24/7 - they also organized a transfer from the airport to the villa and generally made our stay a really pleasant experience. The villa looks even better than on the pictures, everything seems brand new and the love that was put into the object can be recognized by the numerous small details. The stone wood burning oven outside was also one of our favorite things - the fact that we were able to prepare fresh Croatian fish definitely adds to the authenticity of the whole experience. This place is magical!

This villa is as stunning as it looks in the photos! It's so so beautiful! Every detail in and outside is perfect, the hosts are just lovely! A super warm welcome. They kept in contact the whole duration of the stay, quickly on hand to sort any problems and even bought us an amazing cake for my sons 16th birthday the day before departure! The villa was a short walk to the beach (only a few minutes) or a short drive to Omis where the beach is beautiful, busy, but not too busy. Lots to do for the kids and lots of lovely bars and restaurants to eat/drink in. We also visited the local waterfalls, an hour and a half drive which were stunning, and did various boat trips exploring the islands, all available from Omis. All in all, a perfect holiday, one of the best family holidays we have had! Thank you to Croatia and thank you to Duje and his lovely family!!

We had an amazing moment at Villa Diana. The house is great, nothing is missing. The view is simply stunning. You can go to the beach by foot, in 3mn. The pool is prefect and secure. The typical barbecue will give to your meat and fish a delicious smokey taste ;) The clim works perfectly, bedrooms are cozy nests. Duje and his family are charming, they gave us a warm welcome.

Im Juni 2017 haben wir einen wundervollen und entspannten Urlaub in der Villa verbracht! Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Auf zwei Ebenen hatten wir mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern sehr viel Platz. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight und sehr sauber. Der Strand ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, allerdings ist es ein kiesartiger Strand. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, wenn man flexibel sein möchte und beispielsweise in Großmärkten einkaufen möchte. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam...z.B. wurde ein neues Babybett mit Kuscheltier bereit gestellt. Weiterhin wurden wir mit Köstlichkeiten empfangen und mit einem Gastgeschenk am Urlaubsende verabschiedet. Unser Fragen wurden auch zu jederzeit beantwortet. In Wirklichkeit sieht die Villa viel besser und luxuriöser aus und hält das was sie verspricht! Ich empfehle diese Location zu 100% weiter. We really recommend this amazing villa. The owners helped us when we had questions, they were so kind and the villa was amazing. Best state of repair and almost new. We had a wonderful stay and would like to come back.

6 of us stayed in the entire villa for a week in August, after a luxury boat trip! We thought that was going to be hard to beat. We were pleasantly surprised at the position, views and lovely decor of Villa Diana. The pictures don’t do it justice. You have to stay here if you want peace and tranquility in luxurious accommodation. Not to mention the private pool and bbq area. The owners met us and gave us all the help and info we needed, very lovely and thoughtful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and we would go back!
