Treetops is situated overlooking Marigot Bay.The views are amazing from all aspects of the apartment to the Bay and out to the Caribbean Sea.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed to make your holiday restful and stress free. Just relax with a rum punch and watch the beautiful sun set after a relaxing day exploring the island or sitting by the Salt water pool.
There are two beaches one within walking distance with a variety of water sports all FREE to you, The other just a 10 minute drive .We can arrange scuba diving for you to be picked up by boat from the dock just 3 minutes walk away. Dive Fair Helen.
We can arrange airport pickups, day tours and car rentals.
We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Island.

A picture perfect view and a helpful host
We have just returned home from nine days staying in Treetops Villa Papaya suite in St Lucia - Marigot Bay. The views are every bit as stunning as the pictures suggest. The apartment was clean, had all we needed, and Vicki was a superb host, making helpful recommendations of things to do and places to go, and then sorting out the bookings for a boat trip, and various restaurant visits on our behalf. One of my favourite times of day was sitting on the veranda in the early evening listening to the extraordinary sound of St Lucian crickets in the trees all around - amazing! And making friends with the cheeky and very friendly pair of bullfinches who liked to visit the balcony whilst we ate our breakfast! The apartment is close to local amenities. However it is located on a steep hill - no problem for the Jimmy Jeep which our host recommended as the best hire vehicle, but a little bit of a struggle for my knees going up and down the hill on foot. It would be perfectly manageable for anyone who doesn't have knee issues.

Staycation
Treetops villa is the best place to stay at when you want to escape from reality. The villa is located in a peaceful neighbourhood and is uniquely designed with modern furniture.I really enjoyed my stay with my family and I would give here a full 5 star rating.

I really did enjoy my stay at Treetops villa. The location is nice and there's an amazing view of Marigot Bay which is to die for! The interior is well furnished with amenities that make you feel like home. Overall it is a modern and stylish villa that I promise you will enjoy! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

A Perfect Getaway
Have you decided where to stay? Hurry, book your stay at Treetops Villa. Very spacious with a modern design. A well maintained swimming pool and a closed up security gate. The atmosphere relaxing, and the view is breathtaking. I was welcomed warmly by Mrs ànd Mr Khan who ensured that our needs was taken care throughout our stay.

Home away from home
This is by far the most beautiful place that I've ever stayed at.
My weekend at Treetops villa was absolutely breathtaking. The neighborhood is peaceful & the view is impeccable! And let's talk about the modern design !!! Fully- furnished, spacious, definitely a home, away from home. The service we received from Mr. and Mrs. Khan was indeed remarkable! I will definitely be returning.. Highly recommended!!!!!

Although it’s in the treetops the service is great!
Treetop Villa is exquisitely elegant, inside and out. Upon entering I was wowed, the view was breathtaking and the Villa was well-furnished to the highest standard. There were modern appliances, large rooms each with clean bathrooms, a clean pool with warm water and a great security system. Everything was as desired, I could not ask for more.
The delightful owners ensured my safety and comfort and were always accessible throughout my stay.
As my friends and I who stayed there would say “It’s giving what it’s suppose to give!”
I highly recommend you book your stay today.

A home away from home
If you are reading this review to see if you will like this place I can assure you that you will definitely not be disappointed, so stop now and go book your spot!!
To start off, this was an astonishing and impeccable place to stay at. From the service of Mr. and Mrs. Khan down to the suites themselves, everything was simply perfect. The view itself was picture-postcard worthy. The welcoming and comfortable atmosphere made me feel like I was at home. Both suites are modernized giving off a completely luxurious look. Amenities were easily accessible and everything worked like a charm. The hospitality of the owners and the experience itself are certainly not ones to forget. Wish I could of stayed there forever. I look forward to booking another stay and I hope you do too!!

What an Ehilarating Experience!!!
What an awesome place to spend time with family!!! Mrs Mirine Khan was very much accommodating; her service was exceptional!! The welcome which was received from the Khan family was very inviting, if I may stress.
The suite was fully equipped; from the freshly scented linens, to the “eat off the floor” rooms. Did I mention the panoramic view of the Marigot Bay from your balcony overlooking the horizon? View to “kill” for. You need to see it to experience it!!
Amenities were made readily available to us; use of pool for a cool afternoon chill with the warm sunrays glittering through the blue sky; or for late night swims. The poolside bar and grill were also accessible, where we had our family barbeque cookouts.
We are hoping to make this one of our “many stays to come” with Treetops Villa. Twas’ truly an exhilarating experience with you!!

Great Place to Stay
What a great place to stay and the view was fantastic! Very comfortable, updated and had everything we needed. Vickie was a wonderful host and very accommodating (her husband was away at the time). She helped us so much with arrangements and suggestions. Ian was also very nice and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay there. There are good restaurants, bars and the beach within walking distance and a short boat ride. However if you don’t have a car, there is a fairly steep hill to walk up/down. Thx for your hospitality and we hope you are in good health!
