One of the best located holiday homes in Marigot Bay...a home from home. As our guests, you will have free use of the neighbouring hotels two swimming pools.
Our two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Marigot Bay, yet right on the waterfront with one of the best views of the bay and out to the ocean. Sit on the wide, shady, balcony while you watch the luxury yachts pass by and enjoy a much slower pace of life. Our apartment is ideal for just chilling or being close to the restaurants and bars in the Marina Village and dotted around the bay.
The open plan living, dining area and kitchen offer plenty of space for 4 to 6 people. The master bedroom with its Queen size bedstead has double doors out onto the wide, shady balcony and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can eit...

Beautiful apartment: perfect position
We spent 10 days in this apartment at the beginnning of December 2010 and cant rate it highly enough. Its in a perfect setting and is appointed to a level that surpasses anything we have stayed in before. We loved sitting on the balcony - in rain or shine - watching the world come and go - it was fascinating but at the same time very relaxing.Not noisy at all. It is so convenint for restaurants (all good and reasonably priced) and shops with everything you could possibly need on your door step. We hired a car for a few days and found the island easy to explore with lovely beaches and interesting towns. I truely cant find anything negative to say about the whole experience, we would defininately return again.

Special place - special holiday - want to return someday
We stayed in apartment 7a on the 1st floor in the Marina Village, with its balcony overlooking the bay & the yacht preparation jetty for the Moorings sail hire business directly below us. It was great waking up & watching the bay come to life - whilst we were in the thick of all the action, there wasn't much, so it was all rather quietly civilised & really very pleasant! The apartment itself is spacious, light & airy, where timber & glass on the outside combine with hotel quality décor & fittings inside. The air con kept things cool.
Having access to the hotel's facilities, we were able to spend time relaxing by the pool & eating in the hotel's excellent restaurants, although we couldn't help going back time & again to Chateau Mygo a few yards away. It's an East Indian & Creole restaurant overlooking the bay that has an eclectic menu from pizza to seafood and even great sushi - plus half price cocktails all night long! We sampled the other restaurants too & were not unhappy.
The bay itself is picture postcard, small & intimate, which is why it's such a surprise that its deep water allows the occasional enormous yacht to glide in and moor by the hotel. From the apartment you can see the whole of the bay & the sea, so the cruise ships & tall saling ships float past in the distance too. The shops in the Marina Village provide good service & there is a small supermarket, cash point & taxi rank around the corner. Various enterprising locals provide useful service, whether water taxis to Rodney Bay, sailing equipment, fresh fish, soapstone turtles or bananas!
Whilst it was a bit tame for our late teen sons, they quickly got into a more relaxed routine than they are used to, spending time in the hotel gym & pool, as well as booking up an adventure or two through the hotel reception. We hired a car for a few days so were able to get out & about. The weather was mixed but not unpleasant, being due to the time of year. As you can see, we really enjoyed ourselves!

Heaven in the sun
We heard that the Marigot Bay Hotel was in administration ans as the Marina aparment no 7a which he had hired was connected with the Hotel we were not sure what to expect.
We need not to have worried..we had a marvellous German lady called Nina who greeted us and was on hand if we needed anything...the apartment was 5 star+ luxury with 2 large ensuite bedrooms, a modern kitchen and a large sumptious lounge area...probably the best of all was the long balcony overlooking the Marina and the bay.
There was a breakfast restaurant in the courtyard below the apartment and a good suopermarket quite close and the use of the Hotel facilities, bars, reataurants and swimming pools were so useful and convenient.
We needed a rest and there was activity during the day but it was quiet at night
Thoroughly wonderful holiday and we cannot wait to go back!

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Marigot Bay
We stayed in the apt for 2 weeks with our 2yo. Booking was quick & efficient. Communication with owner/rental mgr excellent- prompt response and happy to answer any questions. Although we arrived late at night, we were personally welcomed, and the mgr dropped by the following morning for a quick orientation of the apartment and Marigot Bay (MB), which was greatly appreciated. The Rental Mgr office is in the marina, if you have questions/ need help- great service.
Apt was very spacious & well appointed to a v.high standard. In our opinion it is situated in the best location in the bay - right in the marina. We felt very relaxed and at home there. There is large covered balcony which runs across the front of the property & has the best views of the bay, a great spot to relax p, watch the boats come and go & take in the glorious sunsets.
Had access to the facilities at the adjacent hotel (Discovery at Marigot Bay). 2 swimming pools, 1 with swim up bar plus a small children's pool. We happily spent many an hour at pools with our child. Staff were v. friendly and the pool bar/restaurant was great. We did not use any other facilities at the hotel.
There are a handful of restaurants in MB- some have live music some nights. We ate at most of them and always had a good meal.
There is a small supermarket, bakery & a couple of shops in marina.
There is a small beach, although a 2 min ferry ride across the bay to get to it. Was perfectly adequate for our needs. There are other beaches that you can drive to/get water taxi not to far away.
There are facilities to hire a car/taxi/charter a boat/water taxi in the Bay.
Overall, we had a fantastic time in MB, great apartment, friendly people - hope to return!

Fantastic apartment
We stayed here for 10 days in January - apartment is very spacious and could not have been fitted out better - everything is there. The location right on the quay is probably the best in the Bay. There are 6 or so local restauants that can be walked (or water taxi) to - we thought the best was Chateuax Mygo, and Hurricane Hole (surprisingly as it is part of Discovery Hotel) was also excellent. Hotel pool is great - we used it every day. There are some great excursions, we would recommend heading south of Soufriere to Pitons views (Paul nature trail), chocolate estate is next door - we also climbed Gros Piton - hard work - but a rewarding 4 hours. Pigeon Island is worth a visit.

Everything was super!
The apartment was wonderful - sizeable, very clean, very well stocked with linens and supplies one would need, cable TV, DVD player, chess set, etc., etc. We could not have asked for more. Loved watching the boats go in and out, local restaurants were fine, especially Julietta's, hotel pool was great, and the January weather was perfect, too...We took tours to both the south and north on the island but decided that Marigot Bay was the very best place of all. There were not minuses whatsoever...

excellent condo
the position is the best in the bay and the comfort offered is top.
the administrator is very helpful, the area is clean and wonderful.
we had a very good time.
prices on the island are high and when you want something from the locals ( for example a fishing day ) negotiate because the price will drop at least at half. we found one with a decent price, john with his pink boat "come back". my husband went for fishing with him and caught a huge red snapper.
renting a car offered us the possibility to go around the island and visit rodney bay, soufriere, the local market in castries, and other beautiful spots. stop at the view points, the panorama is breathless.
we bought a lot of food from supermarkets but also fruits and vegetables from local market and fresh fish from fishermen
the weather was perfect, we stayed between 2nd and 16th of february, lot of sun and a few showers of rain, which with we also love.
all in all, beautiful and special place

Most relaxing stay in a luxury condo in Marigot Bay, St. Lucia
Very small inlet full of yachts and very quiet. Apartment agent aroudn the corner, small supermarket. The apartment was large and very nicely furnished / equipped. Next to an excellent hotel where I had free use of the swimming pool - no music, just a nice quiet ambiance!

Spectacular views and sunsets from a stunning spacious apartment
The apartment is in the prime position in Marigot Bay overlooking the bay which is a mooring to many luxury yachts. Sitting on the spacious balcony you can gaze over the bay or look out to the sea and watch the inhabitants of the beach and glorious sunsets without moving an inch. The apartment it's self is very spacious, tastefully furnished to a high degree of quality with all mod cons. It's bright, clean, airy with the master bedroom being large with access to the balcony. Marigot Bay is a relaxing destination with high end restaurants, hotels and a few shops. You can get water taxis or land taxis to explore the rest of St Lucia. I am afraid nothing comes cheap in St Lucia. We bought our own fish and produce and made some meals in the very welll equipped kitchen and eat them on the balcony as the sun went down. The apartment made the holiday. The back up staff were there and working to make the stay run smoothly but were discreet and non interfering.
The cafe bar by the apartment's entrance is not unreasonably priced offering light meals and snacks
