The newly installed Air Conditioning in all bedrooms will keep you cool at night. The outdoor space has lots to offer, with an integrated BBQ and dining area, Hot Tub, lots of outdoor terraces; open and covered, with spaces for entertaining and dining, sunbathing around the vast pool terraces, and of course the private heated salt water chlorinated swimming pool, perfect for a softer swim! There is a private tennis court, perfect for entertaining guests and having fun as a family. A true touch of class in your own holiday home. We offer a shopping service for guests in advance, where you can send our property manager a list of what you may need for your stay, and we will get it for you for your arrival. A welcome pack is provided for all guests which includes the necessities you may need when you arrive. Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet roll, laundry cleaning tablets and general cleaning agents are provided for your stay. The villa is located in the most exclusive part of Lanzarote – Puerto Calero, a place of beautiful restaurants, bars, boating, designer shopping and more. You can also enjoy a water taxi from Puerto Calero over to Puerto Del Carmen which is the liveliest area of the island. There you will find a huge range of bars, restaurants and shops with beautiful beaches and water sports.

Just wow!!!

After months of searching for a family holiday we decided to rent a Villa. We came across Villa Soleada online and were taken away by how its size and amenities! This was our first time hiring a villa and the experience from the initial booking to our very last day was second to none. The owners are brilliant to deal with and have been there right from the beginning to answer any questions we had along the way. There were 9 of us in our family and we stayed for a week. There was plenty of room for all of us. The main living area is great for having meals together and playing games in the evening. The pool is so relaxing and keeps you cool in the heat. We didn't think we would use the hot tub in July temperatures but it was surprisingly nice. The villa is very well equipped with floats for the kids and bats and balls for the tennis court. Honestly couldn’t fault this place. We cooked most nights and spent many an evening just entertaining ourselves on the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would highly recommend Ben the chef. We had him visit on our last night. He made us a delicious bbq, it certainly took away the stress of cooking for everyone and was a lovely end to our gorgeous week at Villa Soleada. We will most definitely be returning at some point in the near future.

There are plenty of taxis available on the island and contact numbers will be provided. You can walk to Puerto Calero Harbour within 10 minutes of the villa. There is also a water taxi available from Puerto Calero Harbour to Puerto Del Carmen Harbour if you'd like to take a scenic tour and spot some dolphins and whales along the way! Puerto Del Carmen is a short distance in a taxi from Puerto Calero where you will find a vast variety of bars, restaurants, nighlife and amazing beaches.
