This villa has 4 bedrooms are perfectly fit for our family in total 7 person. Although the villa is a bit old than the photos shown in the website, it’s location is convenient for us going to various places incl. airport, Chaweng, Central Festival, Fisherman Village, Bang Rak Fish Market and those big supermarket like Big C, Tesco & Makro. The most important is the follow up and services of the Manager. Whever we need to go out, we simply whatsapp the Manager who would immediately call the taxi for us. The taxi could arrive the Villa / other destination in 15-20 mins, it avoided any miscommunication with those local drivers.

Actually, the staff is really nice and helpful, especially the manager. He help us to fix many problem around the house such as water leakage and poor air conditioner. And also help us to book the table and arrange the car for us to go out everyday. However, the house is really lack of maintenance. The house is huge and good for big family but the furniture is old and the toliet is quite smelly. Overall, the price is very reasonable. But I think they can rise some price and do the maintenance more.

Overall very spacious and suitable for 2 families, nice and quiet except for the roosters every morning. Generally, the outside area was well-kept and the gardener was there everyday sweeping and keeping everything clean. The pool table was great, especially for 2 families. We often had games at night which was a great way to sit around and relax with friends and family. The pictures are deceiving - it was quite run down and a there were a lot of maintenance issues. We experienced leaking sinks into cabinets below, only one shower being able to run at a time, some bedroom doors only opened halfway because they were jammed, and it didn’t feel overly clean even once the cleaner had been, as sheets and towels were not changed at all over the course of 10 days...unhygienic. There is a lot of general maintenance and modernising to be done to make the accommodation worth the cost! On more than one occasion, we came home to our villa with the door not only unlocked but wide open, as the staff would go in hand out of our villas during the day while we weren’t there. This seemed like a violation of our privacy and made us concerned for our valuables that we left there. We also experienced sewerage smells throughout the villa and around the pool which made it quite unpleasant when trying to relax. In addition to this, there were cameras in numerous spots that made us a little uneasy. A big problem we had was toilet paper - it was very lacking and we were unable to get more a lot of the time. The people that worked there were friendly and meant well, but there often would be a lot of different people walking around our private villa and using our areas to relax in. At one point an elderly man used the gym at our villa as his own personal change room - I got quite a shock when I walked out to an old man in nothing but his underwear! Additionally, we found the location to be a little far from the centre of town, especially as the taxis can add up to be quite expensive. If, like us, you have teenage boys or active kids who like to be entertained, I would advise somewhere closer to town. If you plan to stay at the villa for the majority of the time then the secluded and private area may perfect. The overall problem we experienced was that it wasn’t worth what we paid. We were expecting something a lot more modern and clean as the photos suggest. Please be aware that the points made above are for the purpose of constructive criticism rather than purely voicing our dissatisfaction.

Superbe villa, personne de contact sur place super sympa, a disposition a n'importe quelle heure et pour n'importe quoi, joignable sur what's up ! Personnel de maison sympa, discret ! Villa proche de la plage et de toutes commodités (bar, boîtes de nuit, commerces et restaurants). Je conseil l'endroit !!!

Villa has potential. Large villa with lovely garden and pool area. Most bedrooms a good size, beds comfortable. Unfortunately we had a few issues, TV not working, smell in downstairs bedroom. These were fixed quickly. One bedroom downstairs had a mattress against the wall, unable to get into wardrobe. This is a lovely villa but certainly needs upgrading. More thorough check of villa before guests arrive. Air conditioners need to be maintained. Unable to use in bedroom one night due to noise. This was rectified next day. Half filled water bottles in frig, half filled toiletries in bathroom. Paper in kitchen cupboards needs replacing. Driver available through villa absolutely fantastic.

The location is excellent , 10 mins from Chaweng & very near to all amenities. The villa caretaker Santosh is available 24X7 is very very helpful. The house is very clean and has all required amenities. The pool is also nicely maintained. We were a group of 6 guys and had an excellent stay at paradise villa. Ask Santosh for anything you need help with. Appropriate for large family of group of friends.

Me and my friends came here for a graduation trip for a week, the villa looks really clean and good and the pools also really nice. We really like how the villa got cleaned every 2 days as it could get messy sometimes. The location is also good and is around 200-300 baht to get to chewang beach which is really beneficial as all our other friends has to pay around 800-1000baht to get to their villa. Overall, we really enjoyed staying in this villa and had a great experience.

Waren Anfang September zu sechst in dieser Villa ... Es war alles top für thailändische Verhältnisse ... Natürlich könnte hier oder dort noch etwas verbessert werden . Aber kann diese Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen . Der Gast Geber Santosh ist ein klasse Typ und super vernetzt in samui er kann dir alles besorgen von super Anzügen über Roller und und und er steht immer zur Verfügung und hilft wo er kann TOP !!!!! Es hat unten einen Fernseher dort läuft alles von Bundesliga bis Champions League leider sonst keine deutschen Sender WLAN ist gut in fast jedem Zimmer Pool ist groß und sauber Klimaanlage in jedem Raum Betten bis auf eins sehr bequem Muss einen Roller haben Lage nicht sehr Central Zu chaweng 15 min Fuß 3 min Roller

Superb 60th Celebration If you are looking for a place to stay with your family of 8-10ppl this is the place for you. The villa is located in a quiet area and yet not too far to Chaweng, airport and shopping area. We booked this villa to celebrate my mum’s 60th birthday and invited 30+ family and friends. We had a fantastic time! We booked quite late and we were very lucky that the date we wanted to stay was still available. Santosh and Peter were very helpful with overall arrangements and even provided some sweet little things for my mum. They have a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ grill too and a very spacious 4 bedrooms and a living room area. The garage is massive and can fit at least 4 cars! Younger guests can also use their pool table to keep them entertained. What I love about this place is very close to Chaweng and yet located in a quiet place! To Santosh and Peter, thanks so much for being so accommodating with our request. This place is highly recommended and I think you will be receiving another booking from one of my friend!
