We stayed 13 days in this very nice villa. From the villa you have a very nice view of the creatan landscape. The villa was clean and the garden was nicely groomed. The pool was also clean and maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa :-)

Spacious new property, spotless throughout with great views out to the sea and the surrounding mountains. It has a warm pool and a beautiful well kept garden with several established trees. There is a twin villa next door but the property feels private, in a countryside setting surrounded by olive groves but just a short drive up to the local village. Can recommend the family run restaurant Mantalos there. Well located, 15 min drive from the main east-west motorway, and is clearly sign posted from the main road with an easy drive from the airport. Plenty of sights nearby like the Arkadi Monastery and the ruins at Eleftherna, and then Rethynmo is a 30 mins drive. The owners were extremely welcoming, sorting out minor things very quickly. We highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic villa, in a beautiful location very peaceful and quiet. The little touches made our stay extra special . The owners were so kind and welcoming, they have a fabulous taverna in the local village serving the best of local dishes.The agents etouri provide a 5 star service , very attentive . We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Just returned from a wonderful two week holiday at villa Ag Georgios. The villa is finished to the highest of standards and the garden is truely spectacular. On arrival we were greeted by the owners who presented us with one of the best welcome packs we had ever had. Over the course of the holiday they continued to be attentive without being intrusive and nothing was too much trouble for them. We also enjoyed eating in the family taverna in Margarites village and were made equally welcome here. The villa is somewhat secluded but has the most amazing views and is a perfect haven of peace and tranquility. There are plenty of places to eat within a 15minute drive and the nearest beach is the same. We enjoyed all of the villas facilities but were bowled over by the garden and the spectacular lighting in the evening which made the whole place even more beautiful. Great to sit out, watch the sunset and then wait for the magic to happen! If you want to get away from it all and don’t mind driving to eat out then we would highly recommend this villa.

We booked both Margarites villas, Agapi and Georgios to host our wedding, a party of 12 people. Our booking was through Etuori vacation rental and Kostas and his team were such a great help leading up to our stay, answering any questions and making any arrangements very quick and easy. They even arranged with the owners an essential grocery shop for when we arrived. It was a very pleasant surprise when we arrived to find such beautiful villas with the most picturesque views of the Cretan mountain ranges and coastline, the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely owners Mrs Kiriaki and Mr Michalis, who were very helpful whenever we needed them. They also have a family restaurant just a short drive from the villas in Margarites village which serves great food, lovely family atmosphere and views. There are 3 bedrooms in each villa, all with an suite bathrooms, 2 with standing showers and one with an over the bath shower. The master bedroom faces out to the coast with it's own large balcony with seating area, which is very nice to wake up to and have breakfast outside. All rooms in the villas have air con which makes a big difference and really comfortable when the weather is hot outside. The kitchen and seating areas are all well equipped and comfortable. The villas are very modern and the interior design makes for a really relaxing stay. The outside area is very well maintained by the owner himself, Mr Michalis and has a good size pool, patio seating area and separate bbq area which we found ourselves using everyday. The pool is not heated, however this was not a problem as it was never too cold even on an overcast day. You will not be disappointed by this villa, booking both villas is ideal if you have a large party of up to 12 people and has more than enough facilities and space to enjoy a brilliant holiday.

La villa est située en hauteur , donnât une vue imprenable sur les montagnes , la mer et les sublimes couchers de soleil Crétois. Le jardin est vraiment très joli, et prend une allure paradisiaque lorsque le nuit tombe... L endroit est rgarites juste à coté, où il faut absolument se rendre si on veut manger de la cuisine comme savent le faire les Mamans Crétoises , ils y font les meilleures boulettes de viande du monde ;) Nous espérons revenir avec nos deux enfants qui se sont régalés, À très bientôt la Crête.....
