This beautifully decorated villa is located within world renowned Hacienda Pinilla Beach and Golf Resort in Lagos de Palma Real and just a short walk to the JW Marriott, Guanacaste. As you walk through the oversized Spanish colonial wood front door you enter a modern and streamlined villa. Expansive green views can be seen from the large living area and state of the art kitchen. Living room has an inviting 6-piece couch where you can enjoy a 75" flat screen smart TV and a mini lounging area where you can admire the green pastures. The kitchen features, stainless steel wall oven and microwave, 2 door bottom freezer refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, glass cooktop, wine cooler and beverage mini frig. The balcony also has roll down shades for privacy or cooling from the afternoon sun. In addition to the half bath, the ground floor also has the first guest bedroom with en suite bathroom has 2 queen beds, perfect for a family with kids. It has its own walk-in closet, private full bath with walk-in shower with glass doors and his & her sinks, full wall mirror and mini split ac. (Each room has its own mini split ac) The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. Beautiful king size bed with hanging lamps on either side, 65" flat screen smart TV and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has an ex-large walk-in shower with glass doors, rain showerhead and handheld shower combo, his & her sinks, full wall mirror and separate toilet room with glass door. Sliding glass doors open to wraparound balcony where you can have your morning coffee while taking in the ocean views. The second guest bedroom with en suite bathroom has a queen size bed, unique teak wood rustic dresser, 55' flat screen smart TV, private full bath with walk-in shower with glass doors, sink and full wall mirror. The sliding glass door also open to wraparound balcony where you can start your mornings with sun salutations while admiring the ocean views and green pastures. The third guest bedroom with en suite bathroom also has a king size bed, private full bath with walk-in shower with glass doors, sink and full wall mirror. The sliding balcony glass door opens to jungle views where one can enjoy the sounds of the Howler monkeys and the many different species of birds that Costa Rica has to offer. 2nd floor also has a relaxing reading area with mini split ac and an executive desk, in case work requires your attention during your trip. As our guests you have access to 3 pools, first pool is just 50 feet away, second pool is just a short walk via the path by the lake and as our guests, you can access the beautiful Playa Beach Club for only $10 which is 100% consumable. Enjoy their infinity edge pool, water activities, access to Playa Avellanas, delicious cuisine, wellness treatments and a fully equipped state of the art gym. We are a 2-minute walk to the ocean and Playa Bonita and a short drive to Playa Avellanas, Playa Lagartillo and Playa Negra. If you are in for a beach run or just a walk, both directions offer at least 3 miles of coastal access. Go left on the beach and you will see the famous JW Marriott, the Hacienda Pinilla Playa Beach Club and further down the renowned Lola’s Restaurant. Go right and walk along cliffs and golf course on your way to the smoothest beach around, Playa Langosta. The resort features a golf course, mountain biking, tennis and pickle ball courts , horseback riding and of course world-famous surfing spots. Come during the dry season, November through April and enjoy the balmy weather where every minute is an adventure, or experience the wet season and watch the storms come and go from the upstairs terrace.
