We let Casa Inca ourselves and look after the property together with our own local team. Any time you have questions or need support, we will be happy to assist you personally.
Prior to arrival guests receive a leaflet with personal tips on beaches, excursions, hikes and more.
Usually we welcome our guests personally and give a short explanation on Casa Inca. Should this not be possible you will have access via a key safe and we will meet you later.
During your stay our team will look after pool, garden and will provide new sheets and towels.
At the end of your stay we will be there again for the change over.

Perfect and comfortable Villa with fantastic view and great pool
The villa is a great holiday resort and is in a great location on the Cumbre del Sol above Moraira. The view extends far over the coast and the sea. From the Cumbre del Sol you are in all directions in about 15 minutes by car to the surrounding beaches and towns. Numerous places worth seeing are within easy reach. The first supermarkets can be reached in a 5-minute drive. There are very nice and good restaurants for every taste in Moraira and the surrounding area. A car is recommended, also because of the hilly coasts and slopes, so you are very flexible and can reach many destinations after a few kilometers. At the house is a wide carport for comfortable parking. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything needed, including the kitchen. Very good room layout and beautiful terraces around the house. The large fridge is also great, there are two! The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen furniture is new, including the worktop. The location is unique and from the pool terrace with enough loungers and parasols you have a dream view of the coast and the sea. We really liked it, the communication with the owner was very uncomplicated and friendly, the welcome on site was also very hospitable. We'd love to come back!

Holydays casa inca
Nice view, and great house, everything you need is there. We have a wonderful time also in the heated swimmingpool.

Super schöne Villa mit traumhafter Aussicht
Eine schöne Ferienvilla mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat einen schönen grossen Pool welcher geheizt werden kann (war für uns im Oktober sehr angenehm). Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet und man ging auch schnell auf Wünsche ein. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls exzellent. Küche ist zweckmässig ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Sicht über Moraira der Küste entlang bis weit nach Calpe hinaus ist ein Traum. Es gibt auf dem Grundstück einige schöne Plätze zum verweilen.

Beautiful Villa - fantastic views
This is a beautiful villa which is perfect for families. Everything that you would possible need is provided including plenty of towels. The house easily accommodated 2 families without us getting on top of each other. BBQ was great and we often cooked at the house. It is quite high up the hill but as long as you have a car it still only takes 10 mins to get to the beach if that. Note that the orange room does not have a double bed though it has 2 singles which kind of messed up the planning of rooms for children but we managed to sort it out. To two rooms on the main level have the double beds. 2 families with young children may find this difficult as the orange room is only accessible from the outside. My children were older so it was not a problem.

Heaven on Earth
After a 20hr flight delay, therefor a day late on arrival, we were kept well informed by owners representatives by phone, which was a relief to myself after a traumatic journey, picked up our Villa keys and were shown around this wonderful Villa. The whole place was spotlessly clean, and our room in the yellow room was absolutely fantastic with stunning views all of Moraira, Calpe, and beyond, after our family had had a good sleep,( really comfy beds) we all awoke refreshed and amazed at the beauty of our surroundings, the whole area looks like Heaven on Earth, so peaceful listening to the early morning birds, water rippling in the pool, and absolutely no sounds at all. We had our car and decided to go discovering the area, by the way, Small Bar/Restuarant at bottom of hill, 5mins drive, great little place with meals and entertainment, their scampi tastes super, best ever, discovering this Villa and area was the best decision Ive ever made.

Recharging batteries in Spanish spring
My wife, our 4-years-old son and myself travelled to 'Casa Inca' to recharge batteries from busy life in the sun and enjoy some quality time. After arriving from Alicante airport with our rental car, we have been given the keys and received an introduction tour through all areas of the house. The villa is a beautiful place to stay. From its position on the hill, it offers a splendid view over the town of Moraira and the coastline with the iconic Ifach rock nearby the city of Calpe. Our most favourite assets in the villa: 1. the pool (around 10 meters long, kidney form, excellent condition), 2. the porch where we played cards in the evening with our son and enjoyed both Spanish wine and the sun setting behind the hills (new glass doors from living room, outdoor lounge furniture, sunblind + sun umbrella), 3. the outdoor gas barbecue (pretty new). - What we liked most in the surrounding: the beaches in Moraira ('regular' beach with kids playground and beach volleyball court) and El Portet (marvellous scenery), walks and hikes to 'secret pirate coves' with caves and rocks or to the historical watch tower standing on top of the rock overseeing the Moraira/Calpe bay (please see tips handbook in the villa with great local insights). - We will come back.

Excellent Villa with stunning views.
We recently stayed here from Mar 27th - April 7th 2016. Correspondence with the owner is excellent and very accommodating. On our arrival we were met by the owners representative who was very nice and very helpful. Casa Inca is situated in a beautiful spot with some absolutely stunning views of the sea and coastline. The villa is very well equipped and a pleasure to have stayed in. There is lots of information on hand with regard to walks, beaches, local restaurants, doctors/hospitals and other things to see and do which is very informative. We all thoroughly enjoyed the use of the lovely swimming pool which was heated at a smal extra charge, but I think necessary for this time of the year. Once again the owners representative was on hand for our departure and throughout the holiday period the owner/ and rep was always just a phone call away had we needed to contact anyone for any reason.
I would thoroughly recommend to anyone the rental of Casa Inca and I would have no hesitation in staying here again should we visit Spain in the future.
