Outside space great, inside needs improvement
Positives,excellent situation, lovely garden and view. Negatives needs updating, furniture outdated, basic cleanliness okay but drawers and cupboards needed deep clean. Worst problem for the mature renter very slippery marble staircase without a full handrail, one of our group had a fall.

Lovely apartment and location
Had a lovely stay at this apartment with my family (5 adults, 1 child). Apartment is in a lovely location, gets the sun from about midday to the evening and complex is also very nice. Very close the the restaurants and bars so perfect for what we wanted from our holiday. Will come again 😊

Amazingly relaxing
We had a relaxing holiday. The house was a home away from home. Cosy, cool and had everything we needed. Communication from the owner was spot on. Will definitely stay here again

Good Location
Great location,overlooks the pool. The house is in need of updating. Distinct lack of bed linen and towels ,there was no spare sheets for the babies cot ,the cot was not too clean nor was the high chair . I found a pair of child pants under my bed ,don't know how long they had been there. Silicone in shower room grotty ,same in upstairs bathroom. Tea towels very old and stained looked more like cleaning cloths ,sunbed cushions tired and outdated ,no sun beds upstairs on roof terrace. The cost of renting this house was expensive especially as it was early June ,the owners want highest prices but don't provide top quality accommodation .

Thank you for your comments, which are important to us. I have checked with our local representatives and they have apologised for the lack of additional bedding for the cot, but we were not aware that you had a baby in your party (Holiday Lettings only advise us as to the number of adults and children). In future, once we have received a guests booking details, we will make our own enquiries regarding the ages of the children. Bedding & towels - we leave out one set per guest of each but more are available, from our local representatives - we will make this clearer in future. All tea towels will be changed. Regarding the sun beds, we have found that guests prefer these to be on the ground floor, so that they can use them in the front garden area, but all guests are able to move the beds to wherever they wish. The beds that we provide do not require cushions, so we believe these to be old cushions for a previous type of sunbed, which have now been disposed of. Our local representatives did not agree with your comments about the silicone but I have asked them to renew this. Regarding the cost of renting our house, I have already explained to you that the cost is high, once the commission charged by this site is taken into account, which is some 17%. Despite these points, I trust that you all had a good holiday and thank you again for your comments which will result in a number of changes that we will put in place.

Holiday let
Lovely location, great pool, good size house. Only let down was the house needs updating and the stuff in the house.

Fantastic location
We have rented this house several times . It is in alovely poolside spot and you can walk to the beach , shops and restaurants with no need to drive. The addition of wifi is an added bonus. There is a combination of shaded and sunny areas ,keeping all the family happy. A great house to rent .

Excellent
Would highly recommend this property. It had everything. A home from home. Local to all restaurants, shops, local markets, and beach. Lovely pool and outlook.

wonderful house on beautiful complex
I stayed in this lovely house with family - four of us and found it to be excellent, clean with comfortable beds. the complex has a nice garden and pool beautiful gardens clean and well tended. 5 min walk to plaza and 10 to beach. plenty of restaurants close by.

Great position but very tired and needed a good clean
The house is in a good location in Los Alcazares and in great poolside postion in El Divino but the house was disappointing for the following reasons:
Needed a good clean
Headboards in downstairs bedroom not fixed to anything - just propped up against the wall
Floors under and behind furniture very dusty/dirty
Front Terrace very dirty - needed a good sweep and wash down
Patio chairs had worn and mouldy covers

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that our house did not meet the standards that we expect. Our property is fully cleaned after each guest and we are therefore surprised that you considered it dirty a comment that none of our previous guest have ever made. The headboards in our third bedroom are not fixed as we have found that previous guests prefer it that way so that they can adapt the room to their own needs. However we note your comments and will see what can be done to fix them whilst retaining flexibility. We understand that our local manager visited you twice whilst you were in the house to ensure that everything was OK and that on neither occasion did you mention these item which would have been rectified immediately. We also note your comments about the chair cushions - no previous guests had raised this with us but we will ask that this be checked and rectified if necessary. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
