Villa sympa au calme
La villa est très jolie. Typique.la piscine géniale.
La literie très bien.situe dans les hauteurs il faut absolument une voiture car rien à proximité. Et difficile à trouve le 1er jour.mais sinon super content de notre location.la propriétaire toujours à l écoute et la personne qui s occupé de la maison idem
Nous recommandons cette villa.
Notre chance aucune des maison a proximité n est louer donc super calme😍😍🌞🌡

Flights cancelled Covid 19 Gutted!!
We have stayed here many times and was looking forward to another relaxing 2 weeks.
Unfortunately our flights were cancelled due to Covid 19 but Pauline and Tripadvisor kept us well informed of the situation well before we knew of our flight cancellation.
Making this very bad time for all of us stress free.
Well done TRIPADVISOR and Thank you Pauline.

Beautiful family villa
This is our 3rd visit to this lovely villa. Located about 10 minute drive from tsilivi. This is a spacious and well kept villa with good outdoor space and amazing sea views.it has a fantastic pool with decking area our grandchildren absolutely loved the pool. There is a large bbq for those who want to use it ,we have yet to use it as there are so many good restaurants in tsilivi , kalamaki and Alykes all within a short drive as is Zante town which is well worth a visit. There are a couple of small sandy beaches just down the road from the villa, tsilivi has a wonderful long sandy beach with plenty of watersports and beach cafes .The whole family had a wonderful holiday at the villa. Another fantastic stay at Villa Gibbons
Having stayed at Villa Gibbons last September we were keen to return again. We spent 2 weeks this time and once again we weren't disappointed. Pauline had arranged a welcome pack of butter, milk, jam, wine, cheese spread and bread. The new king size bed upstairs was very comfy and our friends who had the downstairs bedroom tell us the mattress topper was comfy to.
We had some huge thunderstorms and one caused a power cut in Tsilvi and Tragaki this seemed to muck up the timer on the irrigation system meaning it came on at strange times during the day (made getting down the steps to the pool side fun) we also realised that the ensuite toilet in the downstairs bedroom had a problem with the ballcock. We happened to mention this to the pool maintenance man and his wife when they came, he immediately sorted out the irrigation system and replaced the ballcock for us.
It's a 8 min drive from the villa to Tsilvi and there are loads of wonderful resturants - can recommend Ideal, Majestic and Romineos (the meze here is delicious). A game at the crazy golf is a must do activity.
We hope to return for a 3rd visit again soon.

Excellent luxurious villa quiet yet close to tourist spots perfect for families
We found the villa to be perfect for our week holiday and wish we had booked to stay longer. Although the villa is in an area that is outside of the tourism central it really is not far from the hustle and bustle. We chose not to hire a car for the week and with the average taxi ride costing 10 Euros it worked out about the same cost as hiring one. Zante taxi's is the best (dennis specifically) and if they do not know where you are then tell them in the new tragaki villas near the school, they will soon realise where you are. Taxi costs 25 euro from airport to villa but do agree prices before you get in.
Amenities at the villa were fab! Pauline ensured there was a cot for us as we had a small baby with us and although the villa is not specifically toddler proof if you are clever its very easy to use furniture and what not to help create safe areas.
The local supermarkets see you coming so even the best one "Express supermarket" is tourist prices. Depending on your flight times we would suggest going to the lidl by the airport on route to buy your weekly food shop as it will work out cheaper and there will be more meat options for you there to optimise the bbq.
We did the turtle spotting trip and loved it, the shipwreck cove trip looked equally as good and we absolutely adored the little water park as well.
all in all we were extremely happy with the villa, we will definitely book again and we really appreciated how great Pauline and Simone were in communication and helping us arrange a nice easy stay.

Fantastic Property
Right from the initial booking enquiry Pauline was very helpful and prompt in her replies. The directions to the villa were very good (we only made one wrong turn - co pilot error. lol.) The villa is in a wonderful peaceful location, well laid out and everything you would need. There was a welcome pack of bread, butter, cream cheese, water, jams,tea and coffee.
The bedrooms have lots of storage spaces. The driveway is VERY steep and we chose to park our car in the olive grove about 100 yards before the villa. The pool area was spacious and parasols are kept in the garage under the villa should you want them.
We didn't cook any meals at the villa (if you wanted to there are plenty of utensils etc ) but instead ate out every evening in Tsvili.
We wanted to have a relaxing week and that was exactly what we got at Villa Gibbon can def recommend Villa Gibbon.

Excellent Home.
We have stayed here many times as it is perfect for our Annual Holiday.
Very spacious very peaceful close enough to Tsilivi where the Restaurants are excellent and getting better each year.

Wonderful villa and a lovely holiday
We have had a wonderful stay at Villa Gibbons. The villa is perfect and has everything you could need. The kids loved playing in the pool every day (although it was a bit cool for the adults at this time of year!). Pauline was unbelievably helpful throughout the booking process and the actual holiday when we contacted her for some advice, she was full of helpful information and always replied promptly - thank you Pauline!
Tragaki is a lovely sleepy little village. Tsilivi has everything you could possibly need, although we visited quite late in the year and so places were starting to shut down for the winter season (we didn't mind this at all, we quite liked the peacefulness!). We recommend hiring a car and exploring a bit - our favourite place was Dafni beach, although be prepared for the rough steep roads down to it.

Peace and relaxation
On arival the villa is clean and theres a welcome pack of water, butter, cheese, wine, jam, fruit, bread, teabags, coffee, sugar and things like salt ,pepper and oil so you are able to recuperate after your travels.
Villa Gibbons is a beautiful villa situated a short distance from Tsivili where there all the amenities that is required for a great holiday. It takes around 40mins to walk into Tsivili and its all down hill getting there, but you might want a taxi going back.
If you walk the other way you are 10 minutes away from sleepy Trageki with stunning views and olive groves.
The locals all over the island are lovely people who are friendly.
The villa is situated on a hill with about 10 other villas in olive groves and is a really quite area with a really nice neighbour.
We hired scooters from Smart rentals who delivered them to the villa to get around the island which were ideal.
The pool is a lovely size and there is ample room to lay around it on sunbeads.There is a toilet and shower room which is down some steps in the basement of the villa, which we found easier to use when wet.
Theres a big BBQ which is easy to use and the veranda has a great seating area in the evening and the pool can be lit up at night.
Theres a lovely view of the sea and the best view of the sunrise from the first floor balcony.
The bedrooms are a good size with ample storage space for your clothes.
There is so much to see and do on the island that we have stayed at this villa twice now and still have not managed to see half of what we want to see or do, so we have booked to come back to Villa Gibbons next year.
We can highly recomend Villa Gibbons if you want a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Brilliant
Beautiful villa in lovely surroundings. Perfect for a family holiday. Very peaceful with lovely views. We would certainly recommend this villa. It's our daughter's second stay here and she couldn't wait to show us everything. The local restaurant is excellent. We didn't want to leave.
