We had a lovely, relaxing holiday in Nigel & Rosie’s very comfortable apartment. It is well furnished & has all mod cons plus very comfortable beds. We were so lucky with the weather ( who would expect 26degrees in November! ) Very convenient to walk down in the evening to the many restaurants in Guia & have some good Portuguese food. Also great to be able to wander down in the morning to get a great coffee and do a bit of shopping in the local supermarket. Very handy to drive to Algarve Shopping if you want a bigger supermarket & also to drive to upmarket Apolonia if you want something a bit special. Will definitely stay here again next year.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Nigel's place! The location was perfect for us. For us, it was a perfect base for exploring the Algarve. We loved the village of Guia, and the cute cafés and restaurants all within short walking distance. And it was a short drive to both the beautiful Galé beach, and into Albufeira city centre. Great communication with Nigel helped us get settled-in. There was a thorough set of instructions and advice, with excellent recommendations for restaurants throughout the region. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. There is a nice terrace and garden, great for relaxing on a sunny afternoon. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Everything worked well: a/c, Wi-Fi, Netflix, etc. The security system was very good and easy to use. Parking was easy and convenient, and check-in/out was quick and easy. All-in-all, an excellent stay! I highly recommend, and will certainly return!

A lovely relaxing week spent in this excellent accommodation, everything you need for a self catering holiday, a real home from home. The village of Guia is well located and has plenty of places to eat for those who don’t want to venture too far away, would thoroughly recommend Ramires Restaurant. Guia is centrally located for a visit to Zoomarine or the Algarve Shopping Centre - both of which are worth a visit. The beach at Gale is beautiful and not too far away, about 10 minutes drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommended.

Este hotel é bem acolhedor mais de 1 quarto algo que gosto muito, tem snoker e ping-pong caso n tenha nada pra fazer porém não nos deram a passe do ginásio apenas da piscina e do portão, e a piscina é um bocado pequena e é interior.

Recently returned from Nigel and Rosie's apartment and as always it was excellent, it is fitted out to a very high standard with everything that is needed for a self catering holiday, easy walking distance to the restaurants in Guia, the Palladium is our favourite, and close to beaches. We find Guia to be the ideal place from which to visit all our favourite spots and here is a very well equiped apartment with an extremely helpful owner.

We just keep coming back. This was our third time staying at Nigel and Rosie's exceptional apartment. Great accommodation throughout. We were 4 sharing and this apartment was perfect for our needs. Designer kitchen, Beautiful lounge area and spacious patio add up to the perfect bolt hole, being located in Guia, this is the perfect base for exploring the algarve. The complex also provides a leisure centre where residents can avail of the heated indoor pool, sauna, gym and games room. Highly recommended.

Nous avon séjourné en septembre 2018 dans l'appartement il est très confortable pour une famille de 4 personne, très bien équipés et très bien décorés. L'appartement est centralement situe pour visiter la région en plus à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement il y a tout ce qu'il faut supermarché restaurant .... et les plages a 10 minutes en voitures.

Magnolia is a beautiful villa and a real luxurious home from home. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The cleaners came in half-way through our 2 week stay and cleaned as well as replacing bed linen and towels which was really appreciated... as was the welcome pack! It is located just over 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach so I would recommend a car, however there are bus stops just outside the gates with buses that run to Albufiera or taxis only cost around 15 euros. There are many restaurants located close by and small local shops to cater for your needs. There is a larger hypermarket and shopping centre about 5 minutes drive away. The on site leisure centre, pool table and table tennis were an added bonus.. We really enjoyed our stay and didnt want to come home. We would deffinitely reccommend a stay here. Thank you.
