Comfortable apartment with nice view
We spent in the apartment a very nice three weeks of our vacation in Cyprus. We were very satisfied with the equipment, the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is quite well equipped, maybe some more plates would help, but it was O.K. We really appreciated the terrace and we also enjoyed the evenings on the balcony with a wonderful see view. We were really satisfied and we plan to come again. We can recommend this apartment for a pleasant holiday. Communication with the owner was very fast, helpful and without problems.

Fantastic views from the terrace
We were only here for a short 4 day stay but found apartment adequate for our needs with a well equipped kitchen. Location was good and we were within a ten minute walk of the local supermarket and restaurants

Apartment location
A lovely clean spacious apartment with a spacious patio that looks on to the sea and conveniently positioned to watch the sun set. Peyia village is approx 10-15 min walk,5 mins by car.
Internet is hit n miss more miss than hit....Overall a lovely apartment with a great view

Good value
Kitchen and apartment was clean and well equipped. Bed was so so, but soffa was good. Aircon worked good as it was needed due to it being south facing and very hot. Needed a lick of paint and a sun awning for the balcony. Close to peyai stores and we would recommend for couples but not with anyone with mobility issues.

Winter holiday
Stayed here Oct/ Nov for 8 weeks, the apartment is a 10 minute walk into Peyia village and is well equipped for a long stay.
The view from the balcony is beautiful and would stay again.

Great view, well equipped aps.
It is very good equipped apartments with huge balcony and great view to the sea. It is quiet place located not so far from the center of Peya (Pegeia). It is hard to find the way to apartments, but only at the first time.
Wish to stay here next time.

Amazing view with good service!
The property is exactly as described and showed on the pictures. It's a decent size 1-bedroom apartment and excellent property management support, so in case of having any issues just contact Max and everything will be sorted out.

Where's the second bathroom?
The main reason that I choose this property over lots of others that are advertised on Tripadvisor was that it clearly states that there are 2 bathrooms! This is very misleading as there is only 1 bathroom! The owner was also very slow to send contact details about Max the caretaker, these were emailed to me when I was on the flight to Cyprus!
The apartment itself is ok and well kitted out with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and television. It has a balcony with great views and somewhere to dry any washing. The wardrobe is very limited because of the built in shelves and although you can hang shirts you cannot hang dresses because of the shelves! The hot water is heated by solar and soon runs out and although there is supposed to be an electric immersion heater, unfortunately this doesn't work. There were no spare toilet rolls or spare lightbulbs in the apartment. Although I feel that this is an ok apartment, the reason that I'm not going to recommended it to others is simply due to the poor communicationon the part of the owner!

My agent in Cyprus warned me about these guests the day they checked in. I have been renting my apartment since 2009 and no one has complained ever before on anything.
The issue of 2 bathrooms is a system error on the holiday lettings side. I never changed it to 2 bathrooms. I have raised this with them.
My agent is always at hand for any issues with the apartment including issues with the hot water mentioned. There was not one call by the guest to my agent on the issue mentioned. Unfortunately, it is not possible to help a guest who does not communicate during their stay on anything that concerns them. Many happy guests have complimented me on my quick communication and making their overall experience positive .

Très belle location
Très bel appartement propre et bien équipé.
La climatisation est appréciable, d’autant plus qu’il n’y a pas de timer comme j’ai pu le voir ailleurs.
La wi-fi fonctionne très bien.
Bien situé avec une vue magnifique il est cependant important d’indiquer qu’il y a beaucoup de marches jusqu’à la piscine.
La résidence est à 10 mn à pied du centre de Pegia.
La voiture est indispensable pour se rendre à la plage la plus proche.
Des taxis sont à dispositions mais je vous conseille de louer une voiture.
Le correspondant local est très efficace et les propriétaires réactifs.
Demandez aux propriétaires un plan précis pour localiser la résidence car nous n'en avions pas et nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver.
Je recommande cette location qui est d’un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Fantastic Apartment
This was our second stay at this apartment and we have already booked for next year. I think that says it all!
The apartment is excellent, very clean, and modern at a perfect location. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The owner and agent are a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
