Worst Villa in Peyia Area

Me and my friends (10 in total) booked this place for a week (10th -17th of August). We were asked to arrive at 4 o'clock since the place was rented by other and it had to be cleaned before we arrive. When conducting the genitor to give us instructions for the house he informed us that he had no idea we were arriving that day. Upon arrival the house which was supposted to be cleaned was full of spider webs, dust, and dirty bathrooms. The barbecue was not existent as you can see in the pictures bellow and we had to bring our own in order to cook outside. There was no electricity and the fridge was not working therefore the genitor had to call an electrician to fix everything after 2 hours. The house looked like it hadn't be occupied for years, which is a shame because if it was maintained properly is actually a big house in a nice area. The biggest dissapointment was the pool which was empty full of branches, leaves and mould as you can see in the pictures (we have many more). The genitor promised to clean the pool by monday but we were olny able to go in on saturday the 17th. We conducted the Owner who promised to send cleaners but instead random guys came who had no idea how to clean pools. As a result we had to go to different beaches everyday because the pool couldn't be used. Needless to say that we had everyday visitors (cockroaches) and a rat we saw everyday in the house next to us. We conducted CTO (Cyprus Tourism Organization) but unfortunately they couldn't do anything since the properties where not registed to them. On Monday our neighbours arrived to a house similar to our own so representatives headed to the authorities and gave a statement to the policemen because this can be considered as fraud. We informed the Owner of our actions but he didn't seem to care about our situation. The only reason we all stayed is because we all came from different cities and didn't have enough money to book something else last minute. We all cleaned the house on our own and went out during the day so we didn't have to see this mess. Furthermore this Owner has 6 or more house in the same neighbourhood and the pictures representeed when booking the house is pictures from all the houses which is missleading. The pictures we saw showed a seaview form the pool but that was actually a picture from the house in fornt of the one we stayed.
