The villa was great! Love the housekeeper Margo!! My family and I had a great stayed. The only bad thing was the internet and no cable. The wifi is very slow and we didn’t have cable.

Where do I start? Do you want a trip where you feel like the manager and employees really care about your satisfaction? Well this is the place! I'll start with Hans the manager of the villa. He met us at arrival at the villa and the morning we departed. He setup everything from transportation from airport, rental car, fishing & whale watching excursions and was only a call away from providing what ever we needed. I really can't say enough good about him. Then there is Margo & daughter Orlandi. They took care of all household duties, but take my advice, hire her to cook your meals! Dominican cooking at it's finest. Wish I had more room to list accolades!

The villa was everything we were expecting, we felt very safe in the gated community, the grounds were well maintained, the villa was clean. Always someone to help or answer questions when needed. Would definitely return.

The house was beautiful but the best part of our vacation was the people. Our host Hans helped us with the arrangements for airport transportation, car rental and our excursions as well as recommendation of great places to eat. Our housekeeper, Margo was wonderful and is an excellent cook. We arranged with her to cook meals for us, the food was delicious especially the lobster. Las Galeras is away from the resorts but so worth it. Go there now!

We stayed for a week at the villa, 6 adults and 3 children. It won`t be exaggerated to say that the place exceeded our expectations. Absolutely comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms and lounge areas and amazing garden around the house, very well maintained. The children loved the pool and had fun all the time. We are very grateful to Margo the house keeper and Blanquito, the guard as they contributed immensely for our perfect vacation with their discreet service. Not to mention the excellent cooking skills of Margot who prepared a typical Dominican dishes for our good bye party. The villa is located in one of the most beautiful corners of the Dominican Republic and we managed to visit beautiful beaches and interesting sight seeing locations. All would not be possible without the friendly support of Hans, our host, who was non stop available for us and really helped with advises and information. Definitely would return there.

Jardin magnifique, piscine somptueuse ..La maison est vraiment très agréable. Hans nous a donné de très bons conseils pour découvrir les alentours. Margot a été aux petits soins pour nous et nous a régalé avec la chinola et le pica pollo. Le tout petit point négatif c'est qu'il n'y a pas d'accès à la plage à pied mais les plages aux alentours sont vraiment fabuleuses car elles ont encore tout leur coté naturel... Très peu de touristes donc des étendues de sable pour jouer et on a pu voir tortues, raies, et plein de poissons en nageant avec masques et tubas.. Espérons que ce petit coin de nature soit préservé d'un tourisme de masse...

I fell in love with the Domincan Republic, it's beauty is unique and unsurpassed. My second love was Villa Talanquera. The property is beautifully maintained, not hindered by fences to block the view. It's open, airy design allows you to breathe in the fresh sea air and offers a panoramic view of the ocean. Tastefully decorated and spacious, it's a place for friends and family to gather. For us, we're fortunate to have friends who joined us for many nights for dinner on the terrace and days in the pool. Some days were spent just reading, relaxing and experiencing one of the most beautiful villas in Las Galeras.

Wonderful property and excellent location, would highly recommend! It was by far one of the best vacation I’ve ever had. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, modern, and very clean. The sunset view from the terrace is incredible and made us feel in an unforgettable lost paradise … Hans was great. He had everything set up for us when we arrived and it exceeded all our expectations.This was very helpful and really helped make our trip wonderful. See you next year Hans !
