Brilliant tine
Fantastic 2 weeks in this amazing villa. Been returning to this villa for quite a few years and now just feels like coming home. Have met some great friends in the area can’t wait to come back

Brilliant Holiday
We really enjoyed our stay at Pine View Villa, the beds were comfortable , location was great ( 15 minute walk to beach and some lovely restaurants) Villa well equipped and the kids loved the pool. Great communication and a really helpful owner and manager.

Amazing homely villa
What an amazing holiday in Sao Martinho do Porto the place is just beautiful. As a party of 5 adults and 2 small children we found this place just perfect enough to do in the small town and the beach is beautiful. The Tapas Bar is a lovely place to eat also would well recommend to anyone 👍 Our 2 week stay in the villa was just amazing it had everything you could need, the owners left us a lovely welcome pack of food which was much appreciated as we arrived very late. I can definitely not fault this villa at all was a perfect place to stay we will be back 😊

Another great holiday, villa was excellent and weather was fantastic, found our favourite bar open “Waves” owner Mary very friendly bought us all a drink. Went to Portabello in the bay for a meal absolutely delicious well worth a visit

For the family holiday the villa was perfect, just a shame the weather wasn’t the same, the villa has everything you need, including some electric heaters, which we used, a great wood burning fire There was a small welcoming pack from the owners but the supermarket is only five minutes walk away, the beach is about a twenty minute walk but not really a problem. The town is lovely not too big but large enough to have some lovely restaurants and a number of shops We would certainly consider going back to the area and the villa

Excellent family villa with something for everyone.
We were very impressed with Sao Martinho do Porto. Villa was very clean and had everything you could want. We particularly appreciated a bathroom with each bedroom. Six in our party first week with 9 in total for one evening then different six in second week. All enjoyed the pool and dining al fresco. Good location for touring.

Great Villa in a great position
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at Pineview villa. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was perfect for the children there was also lots of space around the villa to play or relax in either sun or shade. We found the location of the villa ideal, far enough out of the centre to be peaceful but close enough to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and most importantly the ice cream parlour. We love this part of Portugal and hope to return soon. Karen & Neil

Great Villa - our 2nd time!
This was our third time to Sao Martinho do Porto, and our 2nd time staying in this lovely villa. Situation on the edge of the town, a short walk to the supermarket and a 20min stroll down to the centre with all the restaurants and lovely beach. The villa is beautifully presented and very well equipped. We stayed during the mini European heatwave when the temperature nudged 40, quite rare for this area I think, but the villa stayed lovely and cool and the private pool was amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend this great villa in a great town.

Great villa in a lovely area.
As a group of 5 we had a lovely 4 days at the villa this week. The pictures are very accurate and it looks even better when you arrive. Having one of the bedrooms on the ground floor was also very helpful with an 80+ year old in the group. The instructions we received and the information from the owners was also great and helped before you even arrive. The owners were a great help before we travelled. The facilities are great, there is everything you could need for a big family group or two families with children staying. We did not have great weather but there are games, dart board and the table tennis table to while away the time. Sao Martinho is also a lovely place to visit as well. There are nice restaurants to eat out at if you wish which compared to the UK are very reasonable. The beach is in a very pretty setting and a sheltered cove protected from the elements. There are also lots of things to visit and do in the local area wbich will keep everyone entertained. We all agreed we would love to return and spend more time there in the future possibly with friends and explore the area further.

Amazing Villa, great location
We stayed at Pineview Villa for two weeks. Two families 1 adult and 2 children in each. There is more than enough room and the four bathrooms are great. We spent lots of time in the swimming pool and used the bbq a lot and the table tennis table was great fun. There are plenty of adult and children's bikes which was great too. The supermarket is 5 mins from villa and has everything you need, it was open till 8pm every night. The beer and food prices are low about 1.10E for a bottle of beer or cider!! The local markets are great for fruit and veg. The tourist information centre is really helpful and the buses are cheap and easy to use. We got a taxi from the airport but a bus on the way back as it was 11E each. Obidos is a must visit as is Berlenga island, this is a boat trip. The sand hill at the far left of the seafront is good fun and it is a nice walk along the boardwalks to get there too. There is a cafe there as well. Brilliant holiday, lovely villa and great resort.
