It was a very nice house with an excellent host Irina. We had a few issues that they fixed within the hour or the next day if a technician had to come. To make it to a 5 star house they should invest in aircodition in the bedrooms and a ping pong table in the garden:-)

We stayed with two families at casa felice and had a fantastic week. Great location with Siena, Arezzo, Pienza and other sites in short range. Beautiful town of Lucignano nearby. House was great and spacious. Rina was very friendly as a host and cleaned the pool every other day.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier in der Casa um als Gruppe eine entspannte Woche zu verbringen. Der Pool ist super, der Platz im Haus u Garten perfekt, um sich gemeinsam oder auch mal getrennt dort aufzuhalten. Im Schatten des Hauses, der Eiche oder der Olivenbäume ließ sich die Hitze wunderbar genießen. Irina u ihr Mann haben uns super mot ihrem sehr dezenten Service betreut. Einziges Manko: die Straße war immer wieder deutlich befahren u hörbar.

We spent 5 days in Casa Felice and it was amazing. This property is exactly what you need if you're looking for a real tuscanian "cascina". The house is very big and cozy, it has everything you'd need for a perfect stay. The view from the swimming pool is unbelievable: you can relax or take a swim surrounded by olive trees and giant oaks. The sun sets just in front of the swimming pool, so you can enjoy breathless dusks in the evenings while bbqing a traditional T-bone steak "Fiorentina". Lucignano medieval town is easy reachable in just 5 min walk, as well as the various trails around the property that we used to run across in the crisp mornings before breakfast. The location is just perfect: every point of interest in the area is at maximum 50 mins drive, so you can visit Siena, Arezzo, Firenze, Montepulciano and so on. We left our heart in Lucignano, and we cannots wait to come back to that paradise in the italian countryside.

The Happy House is spacious and clean, well-lit, with classical Italian decor. We found everything we needed, from the dishwasher, to the wifi and washing machine. I especially loved the large, luscious garden and the big pool, surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan landscape. It was so relaxing. I appreciated the strategic location too. My family and I visited Arezzo and Cortona, which are respectively 1h and 30' away by car. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a private, comfortable and family-friendly place.

Wow... 2 weeks inside the “casa felice”... yoga and exercises every morning next to the pool looking out at the Val chianina....the house was exceptionally clean.. the beds comfortable.... the grounds outside well kept...I have to say a memorable 2 weeks that will be repeated next year...thank you..

Dieses Haus hat uns sehr viel Komfort und Platz geboten in Mitten eines großen Gartens mit vielen Olivenbäumchen und gepflegten Pool + Internet für die Kids (!!). Einfach perfekt war auch die Betreuung vor Ort (durch Irina und ihrem Mann), die für alle Fragen und Hilfestellungen rasch erreichbar waren. Somit hatten wir einen rundum wunderbaren und sorgenfreien Urlaub :-).

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette superbe villa très bien équipée. Il ne manquait absolument rien. Pour parfaire le tout, elle était agrémentée d'une vue imprenable sur la campagne toscane. Irèna et Enzo ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité. La piscine et le jardin étaient également parfaitement entretenus. Rien à redire. Nous recommandons cette villa sans aucune hésitation.

Wij verbleven in Casa Felice met de hele familie en hebben het heerlijk gehad. Helaas was het weer niet zo goed, maar binnen is genoeg ruimte om je te vermaken. Het zwembad was speciaal voor ons eerder geopend en werd ondanks het slechte weer iedere dag schoongemaakt. Verwarming stond uit en is midden in de week aangezet, let op hiervoor betaal je wel extra. Wel hebben we de hele week geen warm water gehad om te douchen/baden. (Waarschijnlijk mede door slechte weer) Communicatie is in Italiaans, maar met Google Translate kom je een eind. Al met al een aanrader!
