The Cottage has recently been converted from a building that was origionally used as the village Bakery to provide comfortable accommodation for those looking to potter around Blair Atholl, sample some fresh baking at the Working Mill Cafe,The Atholl Arms Hotel, The Village Store ( 24hr cash machine ) and the entrance to the magnificent Blair Castle and grounds all within close proximity.The Cottage is also adjacent to open parkland including a Tennis court and childrens swing park.
Within 500metres there is the Post office, the Railway Station, a pizzeria/chip shop, the Museum, Tourist/ Ranger Centre,2 Churches The River Tilt Swimming Pool/ Fittness room and Restaurant,a 9 hole Golf Course.
All accessable along level footpaths.

The Cottage is close to the Railway, however the line is not busy,and the last train is 10.30pm, a high fence prevents access to the railway.
Blair Atholl is also an exelent location to access Munroes in every direction,and also handy for most Ski areas.Plus

Blair Castle hosts events such as Highland Games, International Horse Trials, Scout Jamberee and Bagpipe Championships. The Atholl Estate Rangers organize regular Countryside events.<BR>If you are in need of some retail therapy, just 4km north of Blair Atholl is the fantastic House of Bruar, 9km to the south is Pitlochry a town with a variety of shops, The famous fish ladder, A theatre and much more.<BR>The Local Bus gives regular access to these areas
