Portakallik is a traditional village where people farm their smallholdings, children play in the fields, and men chatter in the tea house by day and plough the land in the cooler evenings. With a mountain backdrop, Erikli Ev consists of the main house with a large air-conditioned bedroom, a four-poster bed and shutters. The open plan sitting room and fully equipped modern kitchen are stylishly decorated. The long veranda has a large wooden dining table and provides shade as well as a lovely dining setting.
