Perfect holiday villa with our family
What wonderful spacious villa. We spent a week with our adult children and their partners in total 8 of us to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.. The rooms were big and comfortable and the bathroom faculties modern and roomie The house was clean and the cleaning service came every 2 days due to the cover rules.We spent most of the time outside by the large patio with the large tabel. Plenty of sitting spaces. The pool was great and plenty of laying places to sunbathe. The location is in the middle of the island which was perfect and easy to get to other places on the island. There are neighbors but not a problem. You do need to have a rental car to get to places. There is a supermarket close by and you can also get your coffee fix there. Stavroula was very helpful and very friendly. We were able to send wine from the Netherlands to her before we arrived for our anniversary . We enjoyed our stay immensely . There were few points that can be improved. The internet did not work and this was important due to the fact that some of the kids needed to check things out from their work. Stavroula did try to get it to work and had the IT man come twice but helaas it didn't work and the other point is that the cleaning service have their wash and ironing for all the villas in the garage on the premises .This to me is not a private villa then when you know people are in the garage the whole day and will pass the pool and backyard a few times a day when we are enjoying the pool or family time. And the last point was that grass was not mowed in a long time. For a perfect villa the grounds should be perfect also. Otherwise is was a wonderful vacation at Villa Aleria.

Wonderful private villa!!
This villa is just beautiful!! It has modern conveniences like larger bathrooms with new sinks and rain showers, Marshal speaker, multiple TVs, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and new refrigerator while maintaining old world charm. It is spacious and is ideal for a family trip or could also work well for a group of Adult friends. Having now completed our tour of Greek villas on islands I would rank this a strong #1.
Stavroula our host was super - she is very helpful and always offering advice. She arranged car service for us and also printed our ferry boarding passes. She helped us with options for a boat trip. The house keeper was there every day and was working hard to keep the place spotless (and was very sweet).
This location is very quiet and near just a few other homes. It has no view unless you look from the upstairs deck, but it’s so close to everything that we never lacked for seeing sunsets or ocean views. The pool is cold but refreshing on a hot hot day.
We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend!

Fabulous Family Retreat on Santorini
Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Aleria for a week. We had 8 adults and 3 kids, and the space was perfect. The location provides easy access to Fira (5 minutes) and Oia (just 15 minutes away), as well as several beaches (Kamari). The best feature though was the owner Stavroula who was so helpful arranging restaurant reservations, taxi bookings and suggestions on beaches and babysitters - even a chef who came into the house and cooked several excellent traditional Greek menus for our family. The house is very modern and well cared for.
We hope to come again soon!

Splendide
Nous étions 11 et nous avons vécu une merveilleuse semaine.
En plus d'être très bien située, la villa offre de très belles prestations. Elle est entièrement équipée, offre des espaces lumineux et est absolument conforme aux photos.
Stavroula est très accueillante et très aidante pour réussir le séjour.
Je recommande les yeux fermés sans aucune hésitations !

Perfect!
Our stay at the villa was remarkable. The house is beautiful comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It is very spacious and set up nicely. It is located in a very central location; close to everything in Santorini.
The concierge and maid service are really what sets this villa apart from others in the area. Concierge helped with everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The maid service was unexpected, but very appreciated. We had all of the luxuries of a 5-star hotel, but with the comfort, freedom, and convenience of a rental house.
We will definitely stay at this villa during our next visit to Santorini!

Fantastic service and facilities
The villa is beautiful and it's cleaned everyday. The management was amazing and responded ASAP to any concerns we had. 10/10 would recommend again.

Two weeks in Aleria
We would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking about staying there. The villa was beautiful, clean and had a real Mamma Mia feel. It was very private and spacious with lots of communal areas and has a large pool which is quite rare to find in Santorini. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The villa host was very pleasant and accommodating for any of our requests and the house maid was also friendly, professional and non intrusive. A car is recommended, however, it is a short walk to the bus stops in central Mesaria (<10 minutes) which is how we used to get around the island. We would like to thank everyone at Aleria villa for a fantastic stay, we have wonderful memories.

Beautifu, characterl family Villa
This Villa is every bit as stunning as it appears in the brochures - even more so as you see it in the wonderful blue skies and Aegean sunshine. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, fitted with all you could need and with a truly exceptional housekeeping service. Comfy beds with crisp white linen and fresh towels provided daily made us feel well so welcome.
It was the perfect place to stay in comfortable, well designed surroundings of beautiful character and style.
The outdoor space is superb with a beautiful, clean pool, grass area and lovely loungers and cushions. There is a marvellous big table area with even more cushions where we would all enjoy meals in the muted light from the overhead canvas sail.
My stay here has left me with lovely memories of my visit to Santorini, the generous Greek hospitality and the truly unique and breathtaking light and colours of the sea and unforgettable sky. All made perfect when my daughter married her love on 10th August at West East Suites. Thank you

Exceptional villa
This villa was even more beautiful than the excellent pictures indicated. We were a small party of 5 adults, but the villa could easily accommodate 10 adults. The outdoor space was exceptional & we enjoyed several bbq evenings & family card games on the very large outdoor table area.
The maid service was discrete & unobtrusive. All requests for help were met with a pleasant smile & friendly manner. We even overcame the language barrier!
The property manager Stavroula was lovely & very helpful. She regularly checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed.
I would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday in Santorini.
