Thank you very much for your feedback.
Regrettable we must read that either more or less everything was not to your satisfaction during your stay. We apologise that it was not told upon check in, that slippers and bathrobes are available upon inquiry and the minibar is empty to fill with private items. We do have a little kiosk at the lobby area, where you can find all of this.
We will investigate why you have experienced such a lack of service and will train accordingly.
